ALR really needs to learn that you can't expect people to care about you when you don't care about them or yourself. Sure Becks is an enabler and if it wasn't her it would be someone else she can use. She needs to learn to fight for herself and not expect someone to come swoop in and save her from her. She might have a moment of clarity, but that is all it is, a brief flash of rational thinking and it's gone.

I'd feel more for her if she actually tried to improve herself instead of just talking about improving herself, actions speak louder than words and her actions are clearly saying she isn't going to change. She needs a lot of mental help before she can even start to implement even a small change in regards to her eating habits.
 
Man... we have video proof in Eric's vlogs of what seems to be Amberlynn screeching at Becky to hurry and go pick up her next fix for her. We imagine Becky has to deal with that earth-shattering sound until she inevitably gives in and leaves, slams the door behind her, anything to make the tumultuous wailing of the Binge Monster stop... only for Al to throw that shit in Becky's face about how she is the enabler.

I understand that the two of em are enablers of each other and who the fuck knows what to believe anymore, but I agree that this is just depressingly morbid as fuck. Even more so than usual. I got a feeling some big shit's about to go down in the ALR house. :optimistic:

She stopped cold turkey a few weeks ago. She felt it was the cause of her rapid weight gain this year. Could still be a come down and adjustment from the meds.

I'm thinking there could be a breakup soon (right after Christmas gifts). Becky said she tried to say no when AL wanted to go out to eat and AL would get mean and say hurtful thing to Becky. In the panic attack video Becky said she likes AL better on the medications because she seemed more up to doing things. AL said if they ever broke up she would still live in the house as like a roommate so it wouldn't be much different then it is now. She might beg Becky to sleep in the bed with her like she did with Destiny.

If breaking up would change absolutely nothing about the situation other than the label for it, what is the point of breaking up? We know they don't fuck, so it's not like breaking up would mean cutting Becky off regarding sex.

At this point, I'll take all the horrid ratings I'll get for saying it..

Becky isn't truly an Enabler. She's just a footpad, a yes man. Hamber can get every thing she wants with out Becky. It would cost more, and she likely wouldn't be living in fucksville Kentucky, but she'd get it all the same. You can order any thing to your door, via the internet. This includes fast food, cheetohs, etc.

The fact she blames every one but her self only reinforces the point. She has never needed any one person to become bed bound and on her way to try to surpass chance for being fat. She just uses the most readily available method to fill her face with more food.

The best outcome is Rickie has enough and leaves with Eric, and Becky realizes she's now her self, in danger of dying from obesity. I hope she does. Hamber left alone in an empty house is the best outcome. What will she do, blame the delivery guys because she ordered all that stuff but they DARED to deliver it?

I mean Becky is basically just a delivery driver. It's not her god damn job to stop some one from eating them selves to death. Nor is it her job to inform her when your leg has the possibility of being amputated because you refuse to see a doctor for months over it. She's mentally abused daily by Hamber. I suspect strongly, Eric spends alot of time in his room with the door shut and Becky isn't exactly invited to hide in there with him because of Hamber. She might be an enabler, only so far as any one else who delivers pizza to a house of fatties is.
 
Becky is an enabler, but the lion's share of the blame for Amber's condition goes to Amber herself.

She knows what's wrong with her and not only does she do nothing to fix it, she bullies and abuses the people around her until they give her what she wants.

Becky and the gay twins are morons for letting her move in, but they aren't responsible for her. I'm sure if they did try to talk to her about how serious things are she'd react the same way she does to the haters online, but worse. Also it's not like she hasn't had dozens of online comments telling her she needs help, she's unhealthy, blah blah blah. She just ignores it all, so I don't know why she's crying now about the people in her life not saying the same things she's been reading for years.

She's so full of shit.

I ended up watching this video because of the comments here.
I have a different take on her not going with the group out to eat. She talked about how she gets more stares from people & I also think with her being very close to 600 pounds, she is worried about sitting on restaurant chairs. In one of restaurant videos, although she was sitting on a chair, she was so close to the table & couldn't even bend to see her plate. She speared her food & had to lift the fork to eye level to even see what she had on it. It wouldn't surprise me if at some places she's told that they may not have a chair to fit her or hold her weight.
But I bet she gave orders for a take out meal or a fast food pick up on their way home.

So, with restaurants that can't actually accommodate her vast weight combined with those 'bean bag in a hurry' comments/stares -she has decided to stay home & eat there instead. She will surpass 600 pounds in no time.
What a pathetic life.

I also agree that it;s not up to Becky to be her food police. And if Amber is abusive to her, so be it. She chooses to live there & not work. No one is forcing her. Maybe she likes it a lot more that Amber is housebound. She drives, so can go out on her own, spend time with Eric & Ricky & still enjoy restaurants without Amber taking over. If all she has to do is bring home food, I bet she is loving this. To me, they all need real jobs in that house.
It wouldn't surprise me if at some point, Amber is the one to leave. The other 3 will live just fine without her.
 
Everyone is SCARING and upsetting our poor gorl with all this talk about blood clots! She insists she doesn't have the symptoms, even though she's the one who mentioned the possibility of clots in the first place.
I'm sure her leg is really bothering her, but the sceptical part of me wonders about the timing of casually mentioning the worst possible scenario vs. any of the myriad of possible explanations for her pain. Eric was getting a lot of attention for his hysterectomy surgery when this blood clot talk started happening, and we know how much Amber loves to share the spotlight.

Also, she may have skipped out on the restaurant (during Becky's birthday week!) but there's no way she didn't demand they bring her home one or two takeout meals so she didn't feel left out.
That "long talk" must have been fun for Becky. She needs to decide if she'd rather get manipulated by tears every now and then or get screamed at by the Binge Monster every night. I can't wait for the bts info we're going to get from bitchy Eric once the breakup happens.

Day 1 was Amber bitching all day that she was tired and she didn't want to go out. Day 2 Becky got a guilt trip. Day 3 Becky gets to chauffer her gorl to the doctor.
I cannot imagine the wonders that day 4 will bring.

And while Becky may have said she didn't want a big deal made of her birthday, I don't think that meant "going to Walmart and bagging my own cake while you sit in a scooter and film me, then we'll go home and you'll take a 4 hour nap". Amber could've shown a little effort ffs.

Showing effort would mean she actually cares for Necky and we all know that Necky is just the means to an end. Not to mention effort is definitely not Big Al's forte.

I thought she had started taking then again like she normally did. Perhaps if Ham is in such a big pit of disparity she should take her meds.
