I honestly think this need for a resolution is what leads to a lot of "DSP Burnout": A new account shows up here or TKOHF with long, informative posts detailing how Phil could resolve these seemingly insurmountable struggles if only he took their advice. Countless times help like this has been sent to Phil over the past decade, and somehow he continues to defy reason and make it worse for himself. Unless they happen to be Nich, these Good Samaritans grow exhausted and eventually disappear.
Someone can correct me if this is wrong: After his suspension, Phil backed down from his use of the word "fundraiser"

as well as the language dealing with how Bits are used (from the locked "Darksydephil Twitch Suspension - February 26, 2018" thread here).

So it could be either one, or both.
The fact this is even a question we have to ask is laughable. Only Phil would somehow take what is usually a good thing of a fundraiser. Something someone is doing every day for charity and somehow make it about him and get fucking punished for being so aggressive about it.
Either he got in trouble for begging for money under the guise of a fundraiser, or he got in trouble for pushing bits so hard Twitch had to step in and tell him too cool it down.
How do you fuck up like this Dave? How?
If it was more the fundraiser and less the bits, he really will have to be careful. I know a lot of streamers have donation goals, but the ones I watch generally don't say much. They'll tell you what it's for and then thank whatever donations they receive. So I can see Twitch seeing him basically demanding money from his viewers and giving him a clout round the ear.
If it was the bits more than the fundraiser he'll probably be just as bad or worse than last year minus the word 'bits'. I suppose when we see which route he takes come Christmas we'll have a definitive answer to this question that shouldn't even need asking.
Fuck sake Dave.
