That post is too real and I'm really surprised it's still up at this point. Why do they(the fans) keep trying to make suggestions when we all know he will just outright ignore them.

It's clear to me he has tried to make another fake agenda last minute and people are actually starting to question him now.

Remember when he moved in and he said it had central heat and air? What happened to that central air? Major repairs to that system are likely $3-5k alone.

As pointed out by @Freshtodeath his house does not have A/C. It's hard to tell if he either doesn't understand how central A/C works or if he thought his house had A/C when it did not. Not sure what is more exceptional not knowing how A/C works after 30 years on earth or buying a house and not realizing it didn't have A/C. Here he is explaining "central air" and how it isn't very powerful and needs some fans. The fact that he compares his central air to a window A/C unit makes me think he thought he had an A/C unit in his new place.

His parents are ill or sick and he mentions it just enough so he can use it for begging, yet he doesn't go in detail what exactly their health problem is. As soon as he gets his money he will put everything about under the rug and prepare for next year's beg-a-thon. "I never mentioned my parents' health conditions, what are you stupid?" The guy who can barely take more than one day off because his fans seem to have a goldfish memory and forget about him immediately after two or three days without streaming, would fly to visit his parents for whatever reason (the only thing that matters to him: money), the people he called idiots for not buying him that Wolverine toy.

i feel there is so much truth in whole thread that he will just nuke it with no response. Even Amityville, who typically agrees with Phil on everything, said he should sell his wakando.

I dunno man, even people who have looming debts like this would do SOMETHING. ANYTHING. Phil hasn’t even lifted a finger. No changes to Patreon, no changes to his streams or his behavior, no changes to his youtube uploads, literally nothing. No incentives for people to give more. It’s just the same thing he’s always done.

Even worse is the fact that he can seemingly just turn his worry, anxiety, depression, etc. off. That’s not something you can just will away, and yet immediately after the begging stream concluded, we get hit with a picture of precooked food on Instagram. The next day he’s joking about dumb shit, acting like a clown on cue, acting as if NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

I lied, he did make ONE change...

The minimum cheer amount is now 50 bits, and the minimum for the onscreen graphic is 100 bits.

It's funny that the only change he's made is likely going to cause people to give him less money. Although he did warble about how trolls are going to throw the exact same amount of bits at him, they just won't be able to post as many messages. He really thinks that if you double the price to throw tomatoes at the village idiot the peasantry will throw the exact same dollar value of tomatoes at him.

I take offense to that. I put in much more effort than this fat bastard. It's just another time to exploit peoples happiness for him. Any time he can possibly exploit something he will. Dead Aunt, dying parents (even though they're not, his Dad is like 60 and still working), depression, he's a literal fucking ghoul. Going from holiday to holiday feeding on the scraps of happiness hoping that people throw him a few dollars.

He has to pretend he likes Christmas, just like he has to pretend he's happily in a relationship, or pretend he's not a 36 year old man who doesn't understand the current youth market, or the games he plays. A very sad man playing happy.

I wouldn't dare to give him any suggestions, but it sounds really odd when he needs 16.000 dollar very very very fast and he did absolutely nothing to make this a reality. Just saying, you might wanna move your ass to survive. Survive or burn down.

It struck me a couple days ago how he revealed this time sensitive problem. He declares he needs $16K by April, but delayed this reveal to the very source he plans on getting the money from, choosing to wait until the specific date scheduled for it.

My working theory is that his sociability is like a suit that he wears for the necessary occasions. He's not autistic. He understands what emotions are. The problem is he sees emotions as tools to manipulate his social situation. When the social occasion has ended, like the annual Thanksgiving Day Hard-Sell, the suit goes back in the closet.

Just off the top of my head, he fell through the map on Kane and Lynch and sat down there for a whole video whining about it because he didn't want to restart the mission. Also, several visual bugs in games like Assassin's Creed, Witcher 3, and Fallout.

This comes up every once and a while.

It would first have to be proven that Phil finds more bugs and glitches than the average person. Is something like falling through a map in Kane And Lynch something that couldn't happen to most players? (I believe Assassin's Creed and Fallout are notoriously buggy in general?).

How much of Phil's gaming struggles stem from physical problems (poor hearing), or even physical problems that would be quickly corrected once Phil was working in an actual business environment. For example, in this post from @Dragoonism documenting some of Phil's recent Hitman 2 difficulties, he misses two clear button prompts, leading of course to the declaration of a bug being discovered. The glasses Phil refuses to use would likely remedy this "glitch".

It's possible that given his tendency to find a cheap way past the challenge Phil naturally bumps into many problems "off the beaten path". I think a large part of his reputation for "off the beaten path" discoveries has come from the constant lamentation of bugs and glitches he's over made the years, eventually blending his fiction into reality and confusing the two in memory :/

The only reason I can think of for why that jab smarts him so much is because maybe it’s true.

He has been raging extremely hard at Spyro 3 for the past 10-15 minutes, and he's still going. Shouting obscenities at his TV because he can't master a section of a game with children as its target audience. This is amazing.

Yeah, I think if someone made a TIHYDP out of the Spyro Reignited bundle, I think we can finally have a good TIHYDP episode again.

Add to that software testing is mostly working through very specific test cases following each and every step. As pointed out many times most of the bugs he finds are a result of not following instructions, no way could he follow test cases. When you find an actual bug you have to document how to reproduce and pass that information on to a dev. DSP does not have the patience or intellect to ever be a good QA or validation person.
