grids - maybe you should pull the cl ad. I found y'all by searching on scumbucket's name and it's all about kiwifarms. On the "fair trial" bit, perhaps it could be alleged that the material here is prejudicial and could be used to further his cause somehow.

And if all it's done is "lure" me here, not so effective. Not a slur, but the likelihood of connecting with someone who would spill anything is very remote to begin with.

Did anyone get a screencap or html save of the alpha roster previously with him on it? I stupidly failed to do that and would like it for my own archive.

I think I'll contact a PI/researcher I'm aware of that's on fire for the pedo stuff. Perhaps he'd be willing to do some pro bono or reduced cost work on tracking this guy. Is anyone willing to chip in a coupla fedbux for this effort?

I'll do a brief synopsis and links here, the kero thread and the mega dump for him. Suggestions?

lol wtf are you seriously asking for money? thats what it sounds like.... even if its for "someone else" there is nothing more some P.I. will discover thats not already here that would help lead to another conviction

Is Levi going to use that excuse in court too? I'm autistic and I didn't know what I was doing when I abused my dog and my nephews. :(

Edit: I looked at every inmate roster I could find in Oregon and can’t find him. I’m thinking he’s in limbo right now and hasn’t been checked in.

Transfering process can take a day or two. Sometimes prison transports get hijacked, so they don't like to announce where an inmate is until they're secure at the new location. That can take anywhere from a day to a few days.

It may be difficult to determine where exactly he'll land and could definitely take a few days. If he lands in a state pen, we should be able to look him up by this weekend again.

If he went federal, we may never know unless someone has inside information. This thread could go dead until a news story pops up or we get a leak.

@fruit too late now since no court date but just in case take a friend or two and each of you take notes and then compare later. That way you can fill in stuff you missed.

Levi is no longer listed at Coos County Jail, and no longer appears on the court "futures" list pending a court date.

This means one of 3 things:

1) Levi was moved to a federal facility pending federal indictment.
2) Levi was moved to a larger county jail or state penitentiary pending what might be turning out to be a lengthy investigation
3) Levi was released.

#3 is the most unlikely, since there was never a court date for an arraignment. But could have happened if the Prosecutor dropped or significantly reduced the charges to misdemeanor level and the felony process was terminated.

Getting moved is more likely, but to a longer term holding facility or a federal holding facility is anyone's guess at the moment. Small county jails like Coos with a capacity of only a 100 or so inmates aren't meant to hold people long term or who need special protection.

It is significant that he is no longer in this jail but never was formally arraigned in coos county according to the court rosters as of yesterday. But we have no way of knowing what that significance is.

Federal is either Portland, Eugene, or Salem. Not listed because he's in transit, I assume. Wouldn't hurt to call Oregon regional FBI and ask if they can comment on the case.

I doubt they will say anything. From what I've gleaned from ex-cons, in transit is rarely a pleasant experience.

I doubt its the same. in all the convos we have ever seen never once has he been interested in anything female related (humans of course). It was ALL gay shit and animal shit

Sadly this most likely means he has been bonded out. He wouldnt go to some other prison because thats what happens after you plead guilty or trial is over. And even if was guilty you spend the first year usually in jail and then prison. So he prob got bonded out but he still has a court date set. Being bonded out is very easily even if it was 50k his family would only need to get about 5% of it

He was only listed in Coos County Jail for 4 days, and never arraigned in court on charges. He was always on the "Pending Court Date" list.

How could a judge have set bail and he bonded that amount?

No. Him being released is the most unlikely case, unless there was a significant change in the charges leveled against him.
