I know that boogie brought up being afraid of taking opioids for pity points cuz MUH FAMIWY but let's be real. If you're in a not so great state of health, and all you're allowing yourself is fucking ibuprofen, you're gonna have to take a shitton to help soothe the pain from surgery. But maybe that's a good thing, because taking that much ibuprofen will give you an ulcer and that'll be something new to whine about.

I can believe it. It's a common deathfat injury because they fall with the force of 2+ extra people all onto one limb, and don't tuck their limbs like a football player. Fat Heffalump IIRC broke her leg a few months ago by tripping on the sidewalk.
