Others have already made some very good points about Jace's extreme military jingoism so I won't repeat those, but I do have something else (even if it is minor) to add: Muslims are a religion, not an ethnicity. It seems like a minor detail but he's made this distinction before. For one example, the foreshadowed love interest in Tiberius Rising, Aaliyah, is portrayed as an innocent good character, and while Arabic, she is strongly opposed to extremist Islam and is therefore a good person. Further he gave the examples of Arabic Christians in Iraq and Syria etc. being oppressed victims of ISIS and said he felt sorry for them and gave his support. Of course, Arabs are statistically more likely to be Muslim in Jace's mind, but even he acknowledges that Muslim does not equal Arab.
This is true on some level, but he doesn't always make that distinction right away. On one of his fact zone streams, he was doing a minority appreciation call in thing and someone said he was Arab. Jace made that super pissed off face, like the same one he made when Tyce brought up Bible Camp during his trial. He did calm down when he found out he wasn't in fact Muslim, but it was a fucking hilarious reaction while it lasted.

Oh yeah you can really see most of his issues with that in the last livestream with Benito. He totally hates the kid for having the insane trait which he takes as him being "schizo". But then he was totally shocked when he saw Benito reading to and caring for kid Stryker. He goes on a huge rant about how schizos aren't real people and that they have to take meds to be normal while crying and freaking out about it, which leads me to believe he might have self esteem issues about himself being schitzoprenzic and being on meds.
Benito gave us such a bizarre and disturbing look into Jace's psyche just by existing. It's astonishing.
That's another thing, I can't tell of he was more in shock because of the gay homo kiss or if seeing Benito kissing his child self and taking care of him like no one ever did hurt on some really deep unconscious level.I think the real shock for him wasn't that Benito was caring for the ghost, but kissed him on the cheek. Now. I was going to somber on how he didnt do any longplays like he said he would (would be intresting to see him ramble about a game without audiance dickary, or 'cut out the boring bits' when they come along) but right now, we have a bit of an answer on why hes not uploading stuff everyday
See, what makes me think it was more about Jace believing Benito was an evil emotionless schizo and not the whole gay kiss thing is that he began specifically talking about how Benito wasn't supposed to act like that because he's not supposed to be able to care about other people like that (at least not without meds anyway) and not the actual kissing part.
