It takes many months to heal properly. You come across a lot of "why does my new snatch look like ground beef" posts on places like Susan's in the months after people have had surgery. It's very much still an open wound at the moment, which means it will be quite a while before Phil reaches the stage where complications are unlikely.

You'd expect that if Phil went for the cosmetic option, but there'd be no need for him to dilate if that's the case. There's also no way Phil would admit it if adjustments to the plan had to be made during his surgery.
 
I have seen many things in my life but this is possibly the grossest thing I have ever seen. Excuse me while I throw my guts up.

It looks like a two week old SRS to me. It's a very serious rearrangement so it will be awhile until we know what it's gonna look like long term. I do know that if Phil dilates it will retain that gaping maw kind of appearance. If he doesn't dilate it will seal up permanently.

Seriously though, can we get a poll of how long before that gash goes sepsis? I'd be surprised if "she's" still walking this time next year looking at that fine piece of what not to do post-op.
 
JESUS CHRIST. It looks like his intestines are leaking out of his crotch. Is that how all trannies look like a few weeks after the operation, or did he do something to make it look like that? Is it infected??
