So going over your demands, I find them very reasonable and I understand the pain you have suffered under the thumb of kiwi farms, a forum that you go out your way to read and could just ignore. After talking with the kiwi death squad and el president Null 'Tranny Slayer' Trump, I have drafted a full response that fully informs you of our position and how we will be handiling the demands in the coming future.

There were some fake letters and whatnot leading up to this. You should really go back and read the Spanish Snatch Saga. He's posting pictures of him in a hospital with no timestamps or metadata. That's his proof. They're either from a previous visit or he purposefully put himself in ER for dehydration by chugging laxative for his fake surgery bowel prep. There are videos of the laxative with him opening a fresh bottle, but even that could be faked. @Smutley actually has an acquaintance on the inside who was able to say Phil isn't a patient and there were no procedures scheduled for Friday since giving out information that someone isn't a patient is not a HIPAA violation.

This sounds an awful lot like a vague threat to go on a shooting rampage.

Odd that he proposed it right after two notable cases in the news where the shooter was stopped by civilians. Maybe even Phil knows that getting tackled by some retired person before he can kill a single individual is the only scenario possible there.
 
He doesn't deserve a penny of that, but I still do want to see what Phil would look like after $250,000 worth of body modifications.
 
I'm really curious who he thinks he's going to "target"? He can't afford to travel outside of his shitty four block radius, he'd need that 250k first, so I'm guessing the first poor soul that doesn't refer to him as madam empress?

Yeah, there's not a dealer alive that stupid. Even if he could pretend to not be nuts, his appearance alone says "If you sell me anything, it's going to end up on the news".
