I initially read that as MRA. Phil with an MRA infection would be something, wouldn't it?

That resembles a mixture of both poor post tattoo care as well as a reaction to a specific color/brand/mixture of ink, or the needle used for those fill areas wasn't properly cleaned.

Either way, that shit ain't normal. You shouldn't lose deep chunks of skin and be bleeding 5 days after a tattoo. I'm surprised we're just hearing about this tattoo now. Usually he's showing them off the day he gets them, and I checked the tattoo register, there's no mention of this one.

Just look at the patch of blank skin to the right of the trans symbol. There's clearly an area that's scabby but the area to the right of that has a trio of raised pustules that look inflamed and puss filled.

I've seen this kind of thing before. It's either an infection, or most likely, the tattoo artist went too deep with the needle, damaging the deeper skin layers, and also used an ink that Phil is allergic to, and no proper maintenance on Phil's part. I'd bet money on it

Two things will happen:

1) Phil dies by having ink injected all over his body and ignoring proper hygiene. He will die believing that this was the work of Kiwi Farms when really, it was his own autistic obsessions that ended up killing him from the inside out.

2) Phil doesn't die but suffers horrible body mutilation to keep him alive. He blames Kiwi Farms for having taken away his ability to ride the stationary bike because he has trouble walking straight - trying to keep himself balanced on a seat with only one hand is going to be too much for him.

Either way, I think it's safe to say "Revenge of the Slit" ain't happening anymore.

It's the bits that look yellow (that I've circled in red) that are super fucked up.
White ink is relatively well known for the worst reactions, but usually they're raised and they don't look like your skin has peeled away to reveal the fat underneath.
The blue (circled in black) is almost normal, if not a bit discoloured (due to poor aftercare), but that'll be fine, and the white bit should look like that. Scabby but not missing chunks.
I'd put it down to a combination of a reaction to ink and Phil still doesn't give a fuck about proper aftercare, despite the fact he's riddled in scribbles.

You'd think somebody having a dangerous yet elective surgery in about six weeks would know better than to get something that could become infected and ruin their entire surgery, and yet here we are, nestled in the den of lies.

According to his tattoo record and plans, the "Background Trans Flag - Behind “Clitoral Mass: † UNDER CONSTRUCTION / NOT COMPLETED" was done on 4 April 2018 (i.e. a week ago)
