I love Phil's process of justifying not playing a new game day one when he knows it will be popular on twitch.

1. Claim he will check it out
2. Miss the beta because he didn't actually look at what time it was starting and ending (despite his giant calendar he follows religiously/autistically)
3. Tell everyone how upset he is to not try it
4. Tell everyone he's definitely gonna check it out, immediately walk it back to maybe checking it out.
5. Hype it up as an upcoming game.
6. Claim people aren't interested and that it won't be popular (PUBG style) because he's worried about being shit at it.
7. Play it six months too late once it's already starting to lessen in popularity.

We've hit step six just on schedule. Looking forward to Q2 MHW where Phil will bitch and complain about the game being too hard.

Like, what the fuck does 'no downtime' and 'complicated menus' mean?

I think for me the interesting part is not about PUBG's popularity but rather because its a dedicated multiplayer game. He seems to love single player games and movies which, in my opinion, don't really work well for the majority of live streamers (unless their commentary is actually good).

He barely even plays fighting games which he is supposedly known for (and which are boring anyway imho) and he also won't play multiplayer with things like voicechat enabled which is stupid.

If you look close enough you can see the autism seeping through your monitor screen.

According to him it was with other stoned people!

Wonder what he will say if he gets asked again how many times?

He reminds me of the 40 year old virgin when he is lying to his friends about the time he touched a girl's breasts. He sounds like the guy who has nothing to say but lies to try to get into the conversation or say something along the lines of "You do X thing? That's cool, eh, sure i do it too!".

Barbatin is right though, he really does need to proofread more.

Oh he absolutely loves singleplayer games over multiplayer. Every time he boots up a MP game, in the back of his head is the fear that someone will speak negative about him, or as in fighting games, might be better than him. Playing single negates those risks so he can go about and not fret that something will challenge him and his purview.

Funny you should mention that:

Phil hates being challenged by games. It's why he avoid games he's not used to and sticks to single player games. You can see it any time he plays a game that requires some skill or learned mechanics that he just bounces right off. If every game he could play was the cod single player he'd be happier.

Probably also explains why he watches so many fucking movies and so much TV.

I've always wondered if he watches movies/TV 'seriously' or if just like games it's all just a continuous blur of him not giving a shit as he falls forward from start to end.

I imagine it's gotta be and that's why he likes wrestling so much (but never has anything constructive to say about it).

It's consistent with his entire mentality.

Lol, Phil told some fake story last night about how when he was in 1st grade during recess he would go stand behind some brick wall in the schoolyard by himself (now we know he is exceptional). And some bully followed him back there and tried to beat him up but Little Phil grabbed his ankle and he slammed his head (the bullys) on the ground. And then the bully ran away crying and never bothered him again.

I've done a few movie binges every now and then, but honestly watching more than 2 movies consecutively is often tiring. TV shows can work a bit better I guess. But to sit and watch 3-4 movies in marathon (by yourself no less) is a miracle.

That's what gets me. There's no way he enjoys watching movies. I think it's just one of the many things Phil does because it's what Phil does and not because he's enjoying himself.

He's one of those people that probably puts the movie on and spaces out, but refuses to do something more productive/entertaining/enjoyable with his time because it's a routine he needs to keep.

I imagine it's something he used to fill with video games, but you know he doesn't game anymore off stream.

Basically, read a book or something, damn.

Rereading his WhoaMosses posts made me think a bit... It's interesting how little Phil has changed. 2018's Phil is pretty much the same 20 year old Phil, except he is no longer a virgin.

Look at his older posts as WhoaMosses or the ones in Top-Hater, he is pretty much the same guy that he was back then. Same guy, same need to 'prove' his bravado and how macho he is, the only thing that changed is how he goes about it. Now he knows that sperging about women only makes him look more pathetic, so now he only resorts to how he never had trouble with women(Even though older posts reveal that he had) and how women like him.

And this can also be seen in his MGS redemption run. From what people are saying, he hasn't learned a thing, even though he has, somehow, finished the entire franchise.

Phil doesn't change. He may change his approach and how he goes about it, but his end goal has always been the same.

Heard that as well, didn't sound to be much of a bully if Phil could get up after being repeatedly kicked...
