Eventually, these people will finally grow up and realize that throwing money at a lost cause serves no benefit. Their lives will change, their priorities will be shuffled, and eventually for them Phil will no longer be pertinent enough to consider wasting their time and money on. Only the craziest of crazies will still be taking any of this serious 1-2 years from now. As they say "there is no such thing as bad press". I can't imagine any new influx of people paying attention to Phil, whether it's true and honest fans or detractors. He has reached peak interest levels in 2016-2017. If anything more and more people will drop Phil off their radar, as he has nothing left interesting in his life. If Phil does outright telethon begging streams every week, it will be over for him. He is far too boring to garner any new viewers, and I think he will be having trouble even keeping our interest in 2018.

I’ve heard that both viewers and detractors would lose interest for the last couple years. It’s all based on the thought that this time Phil has hit rock bottom. I don’t think we’ve seen rock bottom yet. I couldn’t begin to tell you guys where the train goes from here, but I’m sure there’s still a long way to fall.

I'm calling it now. This convoluted little system Phil came up with is gonna make his Patreon total take a nosedive. He might hit his Twitch sub goals once in a while, but his obvious motive here is to get his patrons to double dip; he split the method of getting the reward into two parts (hitting it via twitch and controlling the details via patreon) because he's trying to squeeze every last shekel out of his fans. But I'm calling it, this is the nail in the coffin of his Patreon page.

Why does Phil have to make everything so frustratingly complicated? Anybody else would’ve just made two goals or something. Not that two goals would have made a difference, but it would be soooo much easier to understand. Also would be a lot harder for Phil to cheat when he wants to.

So I felt this very last line of this TKOH post was worth screenshotting, purely because it may make the fanboys wonder about the kahntent and what makes it worthwhile. The point itself is a good one - if people like what they see, they'll likely contribute. What is there to really like with Phil's kahntent though? The salt?

If he kept playing fighting games there would enough entertainment to keep people coming back. but since he has this idea that if he doesn't play the newest games he'll miss that money train he drops them. He has NOTHING that makes him stand out.

I don't think you all understand. The mere fact he isn't looking into selling his home right now, speaks volumes as to what it means to him. This guy owes THOUSANDS in back-taxes, all at once, and he's willing to sit on his ass and risk his entire financial livelihood moving forward all on the slim chance that a miracle happens and he magically get's all the money he needs. This patreon palace isn't just a home to him. It's a symbol of his "victory" in life. He thinks he's OWED this house for all of the "hard work" he's done over his "9 year legacy". He truly believes that if he moves out, it's a "win for the trolls" and all the shit talking he's done as the "King of Hate" and all of the "persevering through the bullshit" means nothing. He is not coming out of that house until there is no. other. choice. That's a fact.
I find it absolutely 1,000% hilarious that the same guy who "doesn't give 2 shits about what the haters or the trolls think" is on the verge of possibly ruining the ENTIRE rest of his life because of what he thinks it would mean to the "haters and trolls". LOfuckingL

why should i waste my time watching a full stream of phil?
i'll watch the highlights of him being stupid, but it's not worth the large chunks of "the game sucks" and "let me tell you what you just saw" and "how was i supposed to know obvious danger was a danger"
he's not the best at any game, or even genre. he's not funny, or witty. and all his engagement is "look for hints in chat, and snort out names of people who give money."
there are 1000 people that do that already, why should i care about phil?

It doesn't help that Stream Chat also reduces any salt by handholding Phil during a lot of games. He'd ironically have a bit more going for him if he actually enforced a 'no backseat gaming' rule, since it's another reason people get bored of his playthroughs.

For all we know it's just a fabrication by him because he talked more about it as a justification for keeping the house etc than "hey i'm happy about this!" - ofc he won't show a picture or whatever because DA SOCIOPATHIC DETRACTORS!!!

There is no fucking way. This asshole couldn't even bring himself to clean out Leanna's shit from the house for months after she finally left. HE KEPT PAYING HER GODDAMN PHONE BILL for christ sake. Phil was hung up and hung up good after the break-up. No way he replaced her THAT quickly. I don't care who you are. You don't get dumped by your significant other of 5+ years AND your fiance, then become emotionally available again that soon. Least of all Mr. GinsydePhil.
And if it is true Phil had 0 feelings, whatsoever, for Leanna at the end and that was the most half-assed proposal of all fucking time. He's either lying or an emotionally shallow scumbag. Take your pick.

EDIT: I'm seriously trying my hardest to think of a single positive thing that can come from dating Phil. For a member of the female gender, what could you possibly get out of it??
- Literal mountains of debt?
- The worst gene pool you can probably find?
- The intellect of a 15 year old?
- The body of a 60 year old?
- Every social bridge burned to the ground and spat on?
- An internet laughing stock and pariah?
- A micro penis (apparently)?
- A zit on his face that's evolved into an intelligent life form, at this point?
- No real-life skills whatsoever?
- Is a literal couch potato?
- Incapable of attempting to properly care for either of his houses AND himself?

Totally accurate, there's a reason he refers to it as his "adult house" despite the fact its laden with, quite frankly, childrens toys. To him the house is justification for everything. Anytime someone tells Phil what he's doing is unsustainable, he'll point to his big adult house and say "how come I'm so successful then, AKAKAK fucken' LOSER" and when the taxman finally comes knocking and the financials stop ticking over, da datractors will laugh at him harder then every before and Phil will have to perform his greatest act of mental gymnastics to date.
