They are Libertarians. The right vs. left dichtomy is mind numbing. When /r/T_D tards start chirping about "DUMBocrats" or "demoCRAPS" or "DEMONcrats" like they're fucking children my eyes strain themselves as they roll. A large number of T_D users, myself included are former/current Democratic party members. It has less to do with right vs. left and more to do with insane people trying to destroy the entire country through raw malicious intent and a parade of useful idiots who think socialism can work with unmitigated immigration. The republican's counter to this is to focus on religious issues entirely and make their entire party about gaybashing, which shoves away non-religious sympathetics (yo).
And that is what makes people angry in this country. You have absolute lunatics who think every 8 year old has the sexual agency to begin gender reassignment procedures, and then you have absolute lunatics who think a fucking fetus is a human being and that gay people are affronts to Christ. There is no middle ground, and while you might say this is even a broad canyon, the reality is the parties are fucking identical in all the tangible ways that actually matter. Both want more war, both shun border security, both are beholden to the IRS and other institutions of government control, and neither are willing to budge because they don't give a fuck about the constituency and are beholden to only each other and their masters.
The tippy tippy top of the world elite fuck each other, abduct children, harvest blood and organs to rejuvenate themselves, and posit a cultural motif that seeks to erode national identity so that everyone becomes poorer and weaker instead of there being natural pockets of wealth generated by industrialism and egalitarianism. Yet, in this false dichotomy of a political system, the outliers who tend to do the most dramatic work tend to be conservative. JFK is the most famous and popular Democrat of all time, yet if he ran today on his same policies he would probably be called a Nazi.

All clinical trials and medical research are conducted on mice before humans. They're similar enough biologically, it's far cheaper, and you can observe generational effects more easily. You also can't sacrifice and dissect your human subjects at the conclusion of your study.
