ISIS had nothing to do with it - they WISH they did but in the end this was domestic terrorism.

They do recruit non-Arabs. There've been enough middle class white kids going to their training camps overseas that it's made the media here.
That said, ISIS will claim responsibility for anything. It suits their narrative. Plus you're going to get people with no ideology who decide to go on a murderous rampage deciding to do/say something which nominally ties it to ISIS just to make the question of "why" harder to answer. While the manifesto guys clearly want you to know "why", there's also a certain type of power in intentionally creating circumstances where that question can never be answered.

Yes, and sadly, the parents of the westerners who joined them sometimes do the mistake of sending money to them when they beg for a couple thousand of dosh in order to come back. The government notices it and they get trialed for funding terrorism.

It's a lot easier to point at Saudi funded madrassas and the like when it comes to terrorism because they have a direct relation to multiple terrorists. What do you point to between the mass shooters of recent years here? What does a closet gay young Muslim, a race war hopeful white nationalist, and this near Medicare eligible gambler have in common?
It's a harder more nebulous situation to address.

The video of him at the protest seems pretty legit. This is what happens when you push movements like #resist. It enables crazy people who think other whites with possibly different political opinions are literally Varg!!

I went to type "las vegas shooting" into youtube & it auto filled "hoax". After watching a few of those videos & reading the comment sections I was surprised at how much the people leaving comments agree that it is a hoax. It's like 100% of the comments. The people that run those channels must just sit there all day & delete anything mocking or criticizing them asap. It's a strange phenomenon.

I find the ANTIFA claims skeptical. All of them are coming from conspiracy type websites. ISIS is now claiming responsibility.
My guess? Some kind of mental illness. I mean, his dad was in prison for robbing a bank, maybe there's some kind of history?
