Sander's concept of empathy is the same a child would have.
Because the other guys were all white, people like Sander likely thought it was a racial crime. For what I'm reading now, he decided to stay on the island they sailed to with a girl and later find a way to come back. I agree this needs further investigation, but I don't think this is a racial crime at all.
Also, people get lost like this all the time. I'd say in fact that this case was brought into the light because the victim was black and some people were sure that this would end up another racial issue.

It was the cause celebre for a few years among the media and far lefties but the majority of people were like "WTF" ?
Well that's all worked itself out and trannies rightfully have been kicked out of women's sports and locker rooms.
