Even if the claims against him were to be proven false in the grand scheme of things, it sure looks like like Platner is losing support everywhere.

Why should he pull out? What have the Democrats of Maine offered him for being a good boy? His dirty laundry has been aired now if its legit and if its not they did the Kavanaugh and Trump special on him.

Republicans can at least get him a book deal about how the progressive left backstabbed his campaign and some appearances on Fox (and looking like CNN soon) if he stays on. I dont see any upside for him pulling out without a sweetener.

I never said that I thought Joe Kent should personally investigate what went on. But a team of inteligence officers that could look at it from an international angle.
