It really is amazing: he just impotently oinks on social media all day, every day, getting into slap fights for no purpose. He can’t even say he gets paid for any of it. I wish he would start a Twitch or YouTube stream.
And we (and the city) only know about the deck because it's visible from the street. Who knows what other code-violating "improvements" he's made to the interior of the house. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if he got tired of walking out into the hall to get between two adjacent rooms and decided to install a doorway in the wall dividing them, and if any load-bearing members happened to be in the way, too bad for them. Mark my words, the inspection will end with his house being condemned and Patrick will enjoy homelessness while we enjoy prison like the stalker children we are.

While writing that it (disturbingly) occured to me that his constant use of 'child' coupled with threats of violence may be a callback to his frustration at his failure to carry out this plan. I sincerely hope Annabelle never finds her way home, I'd fear for her safety.

The Democratic Party during that time was known for it's conservatism. They opposed changes. That includes freeing the slaves and later allowing black men and then women to vote. Northern Democrats also preferred minority rule over the majority so ignore their constituents and wanted to do things like expand the slave trade and the concentration of wealth through land ownership and slaves. Sure is hard to see why he failed History class.
