I mentioned Louis Rossman's shop as an example, I think it took six months for his job to not get finished before the contractors just bailed because they made a mistake they couldn't fix without more or less starting over. I want to say what he was trying to have done was, when you stepped into his shop from outside, you had to step down, the floor was at different levels depending on which room you were in. He just wanted the shop to have a level floor all the way through. Basically, just frame up the low floors with 2x6s, glue and screw some plywood on top of the framing, then some fresh flooring/carpet/whatever all through the shop.

Oh I'm 100% sure Mamdani can win a House or Senate seat if he wants one, given how insanely pozzed NY has proven itself to be. A House district based out of NYC should be piss easy for him to win in particular.
