Hands down the biggest self-own by race activists in the past decade. I even recall when I was still lurking in some of their spaces, you'd get the occasional black person who grew up around hoodrats chiming in "y'all I don't think this is a good idea, they'll just weaponize the 5% of justified shoots against us", not realizing the breakdown of justified/unjustified shoots was 95% not in their favor, and the white progs would shout them down for stereotyping or some other buzzword. Then, like clockwork, every time they tried to turn a police shooting into the next Michael Brown case, the bodycam would come out and most reasonable people agreed it was at least more muddied than the activists were making it out to be, if not outright justified.

yeah, fair point there. But the mechanics of good shooting can be learned very cheaply. now this was well over 30 years ago, but you could get that bucket for 20 bucks, and it had like 1500 rounds in it or so, and the aspirin were like 2 bucks for 150 or so. I can't see it being more than 50-60 bucks for the ammo and 4-5 bucks for the targets.

I mean the vidya used to LIKE guns back then. It got a lot of people interested. It could teach you basic shit like racking the slide and changing the mag. It doesn't compare to IRL experience, but it helped.
