Before this, it used to be drop shipped merch but not everyone wants to wear The Quartering t shirts because you look like a fucking sperg. Instead, everyone loves coffee and will purchase coffee. The other end of the coin is that it's consumable. Why would Tim Pool sell me one t shirt for a lifetime when he can sell me 10 bags of coffee over a year or two? You only really need one flavor to be successful.

As for the shirt thing, I’ve always felt that the biggest missed opportunity is that all these people out their logo on the merch, ruining otherwise good designs. I get that you want your fans to advertise for you, but you’d probably sell a lot more if you just had really good designs that had no actual branding outside of the tag, allowing people to wear the merch without looking like a retard who buys youtuber merch
