I never thought of the weather as an "autistic" hobby until I lurked in a livestream of a large YouTube meteorologist, and HOLE LEE FUCK the number of screen names I saw that had something to do with trains, chess, geology, anime, and Legos!

Exactly, his entire thing about tornadoes is "because dey spin". At one point Andee read a list of symptoms somewhere that specifically said autistic people like spinning things, or spinning themselves, so he makes sure to say that any time he remembers it with his Benedryl Brain.

He's said he likes spinning himself, but he like, never has done that one time, he's even forgot the Elvis Sneer (a-killyaverymuch, mama) and his snapping
 
He’s trying everything in his power to bring a 302 into fruition. My question for everyone who has been following this guy for years now is why does he want a 302 so bad? What’s the end game behind this manipulation tactic? Is it to get a new evaluation so that he can manipulate a new doctor that doesn’t know he’s a fake yet? It’s weird because the Erie cops know he’s playing a game here and that he has a long history of using this same shit to get his way..I find it hilarious how he’s retarded enough to think a 40 y/o man can WUN away. He’s going to end up homeless. I’m not sure he realizes that the streets are full of mentally ill homeless people just like Andy.

I have to admit when I first heard of Andy I thought he liked tornadoes because that’s how he wants and likes his ass wiped in a circular motion like a tornado.

Ah, he wants to be 302'd specifically because it creates a paper trail, he can then say he was "locked up for bein autistic" and write new complaints, he is, and always has been desperately litigious and vexatious. Most companies have a term for someone like andy, and it's a relatively new one!

0:30 cop tells andy to go home. andy asks if that's an order, and the cop says it is. andy gets defiant and asks why's it an order. Black guy says he's causing a disturbance.
0:42 Black guy is the next caretaker, wants andy to go home. old guy knows about all of andy's fakery.
0:56 Andy starts in with the 302 routine despite being able to recite it perfectly, and he was just saying he's able to think and act clearly. According to andy the reason he's being a bitch is because he's not getting 302'd.
1:14 cop parks his car. Andy's still throwing gas on the fire, says the cop's violating the law despite him being the troublemaker.
1:20 Andy admits he caused all this trouble to test 'everything' because he doesn't want to get hurt. which makes no sense.
1:27 now that the cop's in front of him andy's spine is turned to jello and he's saying he'll go home. he reaffirms he was pushing people's buttons to test them. Everyone involved is pissed at him.
1:37 cop lets the caregiver take andy home. Andy tells the cop that next time he does this the cop has to play along and ensure his safety.

He knows that when he gets brought in that he has to be given a safe discharge.

He thinks that the only "safe discharge" for him is an ABDL fetish nursery, and when told it doesn't exist, then gets mad that "there's no safe option for me cause I need dat higher level of care".

Sometimes I think his hope is to get arrested or provoke someone into getting physical with him, therefore opening grounds for a lawsuit. but andy's dealing with cops and medical people, they know better.

Before this, his goal was to get caregivers who sus'd him out fired by saying they aboosed him, but that's no good because its now an open secret that he's fake.

He'd also use incidents like this to get moved to a new tard house, but that's not going to happen. this is the last top on the Pennsylvania tard train.

So now all andy can do is act this way to annoy and abuse the people that work with him. He genuinely thinks he won this little fight when all it did was make people hate dealing with him.

Legit all he has left are childish temper tantrums to attack the people he thinks are aboosing him.

It's weird in that he both does and does not want a 302, it's basically a 5-day long involuntary psych hold, there are longer ones like 303 (20 days), 304 (90 days), and 305 (180 days) but these seemingly have to be petitioned after a 302 is already in effect. Andy treats it as a game because in order to be 302'd a person has to be determined to be a danger to themselves due to a mental illness, which we know Andy has, but he also constantly screams that he has autism which is classified as a disability as a way of saying "Haha! You can't 302 me because I have a disability!" but several mental illnesses can also be classified as disabilities depending on severity so this doesn't exactly 'protect' him from being 302'd the way he thinks it does.

Andy wants 302'd because he'll get an ambulance ride, a stay in the hospital, and he'll get blabber to a bunch of doctors about whatever the fuck he wants to malinger about this week, and harass the nurses into changing his diaper and wiping his ass. If they refuse or he starts getting bored and wants to go home, big deal he can after 5 days, but if he isn't bored he's going to spend those 5 days trying to get a new insurance/doctor/waiver/care agency/caregiver/whatever the fuck else he might want.

What Andy doesn't want is for that 302 to turn into one of the other numbers, because if it lasts longer than 5 days it could very well ruin everything.

It's almost like his inner-child (which he never grew out of) is eternally screaming to be put back in the mental hospital because it's all he knows, whether he truly realizes it or not. Andy cannot progress forward regardless if he does or doesn't want to on any given day. His own mind has fucked him over because he literally has spent all day every day of his 41 years stewing in his own anger, hatred, and violent tendencies just seething about how unfair everything and everyone in the world is to Andy Ditch.

Thats probably part of what sent him into his current sperg session, the careworkers are catching on to his bs and quitting, police and crisis services in several counties are fed up with his constant waste of their time and resources, he has no one to do his bidding at the exact same time his one true love tawn and joe dont want him anywhere near them including on fathers day, I wouldn't be surprised if andy made fake plans will get upset when the fake plans fall through than rage when he discovers that tom was with joe on fathers day instead of with andy.

I think because he pits these services against each other and lives to confuse them. Individual officers and civil servants gossip behind the scenes and warn each other about the “missing stair” but they still show up with crisis services and police and see 24 hour caregivers so they assume he’s just looney and someone else’s problem. Even when he’s 302’d they have to clear him eventually (and he tells them that) and nobody wants to deal with him or his hygiene for longer than they have to. There’s just enough ambiguity in his records that everyone seems to want him at arms length because everything about him is nuclear. I fear one day he’s actually going to snap on some underpaid caregiver and they won’t have a choice but to take him in, and that person’s family will be asking the same question- why did he get away with it for so long? All the warning signs were there.

Interesting to note that the new caregiver is a man. I think they’ve all been women as far as I know and he’s mentioned only feeling comfortable with women. Between him admitting to the hitting/kicking/pushing, the latest meltdown, and the new guy on the block something crazy must have happened recently.
