I think the reason he built such a large house with so many pointless amenities is because he thought he was going to live like Hugh Heffner and have constant sex parties. I was looking at that lmao it seems like that seller has been at it for awhile so I could see him buying Jers shit in a bulk lot for 10% of what he paid for it and reselling one at a time. If he paid like $5k for Jers entire collection and sold one at a time he could easily 5-10x his money over a few years.
