I do not like the focus on the race, religion and country of origin of the perpetrators. The focus on the perpetrator's race is a convenient tool for white men to other the perpetrators, to distance themselves from the abuse. According to the white man, it is the brown man who rapes, it is the brown man we should be scared of, not the white man, the white man provides safety, the white man stands up to the dangerous brown man. You can let your guard down with the white man. End immigration, keep your women safe.
Visit any brothel in England, you will find women of every age, including girls, many trafficked from Eastern Europe, many trafficked within England, who are being raped a dozen or more times per day by white, British men. Visit any court, you will find white, British men on trial for crimes against children. An endless parade of white men who rape a trafficked girl are terrible individuals doing a terrible thing. An endless parade of brown men who rape a trafficked girl is a "muslim rape gang".
The grooming gangs covered in the report are heinous and indefensible, but they are responsible for a very small proportion of the abuse and trafficking that happens. Most abuse happens within the home, and outside of the home, the majority of trafficking happens in the open under the thin veneer of "sex work".

An important part of the chain of human trafficking is the use of online technology, particularly when it comes to victims of sex trafficking being advertised to potential sex buyers. In 2017, nine men were convicted of trafficking young Romanian women around the north-west of England for sexual exploitation. One of the traffickers was found to have spent £25,000 advertising victims to sex buyers on your website. Police have revealed that this high level of spending by one man on prostitution adverts for multiple women prompted your company not to refer this man to the police, but, to actually give him his own account manager. Could you explain that to me?
Many men are so wilfully ignorant that they do not even consider that the "sex worker" they are meeting is being trafficked, they do not even understand that they are committing rape. Many of the men outraged about grooming gangs are rapists, using their vocal outrage about the muslim rape gangs as evidence of their goodness, giving them a pass on their own misdeeds.
A single gang of Chinese nationals trafficked less than 10 women into England and forced them to work in a brothel over a period of 3 years. The gang spent over £200,000 advertising these victims on one website alone. At a minimum, over that period, thousands of British men participated in the rape of less than a dozen women, perhaps even tens of thousands of men. The scale of the rape at that one brothel alone exceeds what is known to have been perpetrated by grooming gangs.
Trafficking also forms one of the major routes into prostitution in Britain. The Metropolitan Police estimate 70% of women involved in off-street prostitution in London are foreign nationals, many of whom are thought to have been trafficked. Trafficked women may be told by their exploiters that they will be deported if their immigration status comes to the attention of the authorities.
I am not aware of any solid reporting on the number of men who patronise "sex workers" in England but I personally believe the number to be hundreds of thousands each year, perhaps even upwards of a million. The scale of that problem dwarfs muslim grooming gangs by many orders of magnitude but does not attract any mainstream outrage.
England does not have a public sex offender database, there is, however, a citizen journalist with a website,
Red Rose, that publishes details on sex offenders. Some are immigrants, some are brown, some are muslim, some are white... all are men.
Men are the problem, grooming gangs are a convenient distraction.
