You get to hear her talk about how everyone she talks to has been telling her shes racist for bringing it up, something your boss has been punishing your co workers for being. Real or not.

You now have exactly two choices with two outcomes.

1. Take up the girls cause.
The Result: At best you get completely ignored. At worst, you get to lose your job for bucking the system due to racism. 2. Ignore the girl and ignore her cause.
