This would be a start to fixing the country, but I would change #3 to: no non-whites are allowed to immigrate to the US for at least the next 25 years. And have a very limited hard cap on the number that are eventually allowed in.
A bit late but my counter argument for allowing anyone to immigrate here based on race: Europeans are European, and thus genetically predisposed towards retardation and boot worship.

Nobody else should come in. All the masses worth a damn immigrated when we were poor and bleeding, when we were the land of opportunity not the land of wealth. Everybody else came chasing safety and gold. How many people came over after WW2 because they believed in Americanism? In our Constitutional liberties and a majorly restricted government? In the reasonability of the state enforced by the people at large? In personal liberties that not even the government can restrict? What people who came after the war would have supported the Athens rebellion? What people support the right to bear arms? What people understand the world is uncomfortable and dangerous and thus we aught to oblige it right back? What people support the work the ACLU did that defined the US pathos of "I hate what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it" ?
Is there a single white country on earth, a single ethnicity, that supports any of the above two things together?
