The best part is that the internet keeps dragging Nick down to fights with the stupidest people on the internet. Nicks wants to associate with smart, legal minds but the world has chose Aaron and Ralph as his intellectual equals. Everyone with any intelligence has left Nick's orbit long ago.

Nick: "I want to discuss the merits of the Karen reed case."
Internet: "No! First you must fight Ethan Ralph to the death over a has-been porn star. Retard rules in effect."

No he doesn't, Nick wants to interact with 5 types of people:

1. Whores he can pay in cocaine (April, Scarlett, Icedancer)
2. Guys he can party and share drugs with (Dick, formerly Aaron)
3. Guys that he can grift off of (Vic, Turtleboy)
4. Guys he can use to fulfill his personal vendettas (Melton, Dabblers)
5. Random trolls/people that he hates (guys who have obvious bait Twitter usernames like NickTheChildDoser, also Aaron and Ralph)

Nick could just cover trials. No one's stopping him. He CHOOSES to get back in the mud with Ralph and Aaron, this entire shit is because he keeps engaging with Ralph. If anything he craves the conflict.

I hate Ralph, but I would argue that Ralph is smarter than Rackets. With every advantage Nick has in life, combined with how big he got at one point, he should have been a reputable figure for life. Now look at him! His only shred of online fandom likes him because he fed Aaron Imholte his semen.

Ralph is white trash from Arkansas and rose to a surprising level of prominence. He had nothing and was a notable online figure for a longer period of time. He also fucked it up because he's an idiot, but his fall off was over the period of like a decade whereas Nick's was over the course of a year.

You can still get a clever wording or turn of phrase out of a completely fucked up Ralph, but Balldo is an english major and the only worthwhile thing to ever come out of his mouth is Aaron's member.

Without the drugs, Nick was a subpar stripmall lawyer that graduated from the worst law school in America and had mommy and daddy pay for everything.

Ralph's life is like a Greek tragedy where the protagonist is a piece of shit but there's still an element to their story where they could have turned it all around. His love for Nora was real, when the Killstream was in full form it was a fun time. But he fucked it all up because he couldn't control his porcine nature and now he is trapped in a hell of his own creation.

Nick's life is like a grimdark Aesop's tale where the bastard absolutely deserves it and you wish that the gods would replace Prometheus on that rock with Nick. You'd feel bad for the birds having to eat Nick's liver every day, though.

There is also a massive gap in natural charisma between Ralph and Rekieta.

Ralph, even at his worst can say things that people laugh at and repeat to this day, anyone here can think of a few of them right off the bat. He has a natural talent for putting on a performance and has for a long time, it's the reason he was successful back in the day and it's the reason people still flock to watch and talk about him when he's on a drug fueled rampage. Here is a very recent example of Ralph, barely functioning on God knows how many substances, being entertaining while reading an ad for a children's book.


He also screams at Scar.

Then we have Nick Rekieta, who is one of the most unlikeable and unoriginal people I've ever seen. He lucked into a very specific niche as a straight laced family man who said the right things about the right trails at the right time. The minute that image fell apart he only had two things he could get attention for. The abject horror of the shit he has done and how much people hate him for those things. Aside from that he has to fall back on the two jokes he uses on repeat and gay sarcasm. The fight with the 3 wine moms is a perfect example of his inability to do anything on the fly. All he had was, "you're fat" and "y-you must shop at the talent store a lot..." where Ralph would have called them whores in ten different ways off the top of his head, some of which might have made it into his ever growing lexicon of funny shit he's come up with.

All I know is that Ralph has made me laugh until I cried on multiple occasions, even as recently as a drunken ad read last week. Rekieta only made me laugh once (the animesuckscopeandsneed Cokestream incident).
