I know some of you dislike Destiny but he made a good point, DSP is financially illiterate. He basically won the lottery then spent it all on a leased BMW which is legit worst idea. He also took out big business loans in both CT and WA which is why he has so much debt outside of his mortgage. He could sell his CT condo and it would help him a lot. Getting money from your parents at 35 doesn't make you a "mature adult".

Honestly, he shouldn't sell his CT place. He would barely break even. He should sell his WA place and move back. Sure, it'd be more inconvenient and humbling but would leave him with a profit.

LMAO he already said last night that he has hit the goal. His claim is that two people donated big amounts of money last night on Patreon, then immediately lowered their pledges, so that's why the number didn't change. It's such bullshit. I knew he was gonna do this, fucking conartist.

Phil's delusion that he lives anything remotely resembling an "adult life" is one of his more obnoxious ones. He's sat on his fat ass for nearly a decade, shitting out terrible gameplay footage and whining incessantly about his complete inability to manage his personal life or finances. Were it not for his parents and autistic norweigan donors bailing him out of his mind-bogglingly stupid financial decisions time and time again, this moron would've filed bankruptcy thrice over. His entire patreon is being used to fund a completely empty condo. Guy might as well be lighting that entire sum of cash on fire when the check comes through every month.

I like that Phil goes from admitting he has been out of touch with the outside world since 2007 to play video games online, but then goes on to insist that he knows everything about how business and being an adult works. His idea of being a responsible adult is buying plants. And he even manages to mess that up. If he actually went out and interacted with real adults I bet his mind would be blown by the fact they are able to go about their lives without having to beg strangers for money every day.

I believe he's more or less telling the truth. I logged him at $1133.79 on 2017-07-31 03:00 GMT with 205 patrons. 15 minutes earlier I logged him at 999.82/204 and 15 minutes later I logged him at 999.86/204.

So likely he either had some increases, a one time pledge, or some combination of the two.

I would watch it specifically for the cringe it would contain as Pigroach knows nothing more than gaming. Watching him interact with people who no very little about gaming and YouTube would be hilarious. Going on and on about "how hard he works", "his business" and "street smarts vs book smarts", etc. and just watching their reactions as boredom and contempt wash over their faces.

Instead of learning and growing from these interactions we would see Snort Burnell stay the same as clearly they are "detractors" and not worth his time.

It's funny that Phil thinks the fact he hasn't improved in 10 years is a positive sign. The best thing you could say about that statement is "well, you didn't get worse." If I was doing something consistently for 10 years every single day, I would be horrified if after 10 years I hadn't dramatically improved in quality. It's even funnier that he also acknowledges that YouTube has changed, but he still hasn't. Again, you'd think that someone who was doing this professionally would want to change up their content if for no other reason than to match their changing audience. The cherry on top is the fact that he also mentions he's making significantly less money. If he actually read what he wrote, maybe he would see that he just explained exactly why he's not making as much money as he used to.
