We've got some cat news here - one of Jake's cats died. This whole time he's apparently had two, the one you always hear on his streams, and then another which is that cat's nephew. In Jake's telling, it died suddenly of an undiagnosed heart condition, after something like a week's illness.
I thought Mom had stolen at least one of Jake's cats back (cf. the lock-changing incident) but I guess not, or at least not successfully?
Other miscellany:
He complains about hearing his upstairs neighbors through his "thin ceiling" (thank goodness it's not double-thin)
He gets mad at a Steam ad for "Gamble With Your Friends" because he dislikes how gambling is in every game now, and he has no friends to play games with - lol
Nothing interesting gaming-wise. He's done with Subnautica and it's back to alphabet streaming again after this.

If I had to guess I'd say it's nothing special, just a sleazy doctor who prescribes Pissmaxxer Infinite XR for people trying to sneak through a weigh-in.
I've been wondering if Jake's hard disk was starting to fail. I noticed that his computer struggles to load any game with large assets . His computer shipped with a standard rotational disk and a small cache SSD. The SSD speeds up loading common files like the window core services. If the rotational disk starts to fail the SSD cache can obscure the failure in exactly the way Jake is experiencing it. The problem with the Intel Optaine cache drives is that they can make data recovery impossible if the disk fails while optaine is enabled. If he hasn't already backed up his computer he might be screwed. The fix is to disable the optaine,get a regular SSD and clone the HDD to the SSD. A tech genius like Jake will know how to disable optaine, install a new SSD, restore his backup and setup the UEFI for the new disk, but I really want him to do it on video so I can learn too.
It's also possible that someone upgraded the storage already and his computer has other issues, or someone upgraded the disk and left the rotational disk in place. It's also possible that some moron pulled the power supply without removing the power connectors first yanking out the video card and damaging the motherboard, but who would do something like that? Either way, defragging the disk is not the first step when a hardware fault is suspected.
One other thing, I found the stream I was thinking of, it's about caffeine not food, but it's still odd given Jakes constant begging:
You would think that bare cupboards would be a opportunity for Jake to start his wailing about starving and homelessness, but he never does on stream. I'm wondering if Jono joining his streams is making him shy. Perhaps he doesn't want to freak out where Jono can correct him or point out he's being subsidized by the family. It's like when little kids lie to their friends and then clam up when their parents are present and hope nobody brings up the uncle that works at Nintendo.

I think it's part his computer just being old, part that he keeps his hard drive 99.9% full of Steam shovelware at all times (he's hit 100.0% a couple times onstream), and part the violently botched upgrades.
He did a big beg a while back but I think that stream and its chat are gone from Twitch now. Next time he goes full Manne Frank I'll check if Cousin Paypig is in attendance.
The tooth abscess arc is something worth keeping an eye on, I think. Jake's slovenly manner in grooming and keeping basic hygeine is probably catching up, and he probably has untreated pre-diabetes at the minimum at this point.
