My money is on liability only. That would explain why the other damaged has not been fixed. Also with now 3 days to go to the HRO.........."Your Honor, my totally non junkie of a client was not cracked out when his accident happened....however it is in a lot of pain so therefore we must ask for another continuance."
So are you saying it could be an potential attempt by waste of skin Nick Rikieta to
get rid of the kids we know he hates and wishes were never born? Nothing is too evil for Nick
I think it is more likely he was trying to get out of streaming because he doesn't have a vehicle to drive his keeds!
Showing up on some random podcast with retards, without even doing a cursory check of their past content, is just asking to be dragged into lawsuit-worthy levels of slander/libel/defamation made up by retards who live off "internet clout" because their daily lives are miserable, living off EBT vouchers in their 30 year old rotting trailer.
Momma K has lost a lot credibility by going on those shows. There was NEVER a world in which that would not be a mistake, and she is turning herself into one of the grifter wine moms who make up stories by associating herself with them.
To defend her a bit, she has gone on with the stated intent of correcting mis-information. I agree she should not become a regular, but from what I have seen, she has been on task.
He's 100% going to try but no one is still hospitalized, he has other vehicles, and per his own Locals message he is fine so in no world should he be allowed another delay. However, this is Minnesota so they've probably already granted him another continuance and put out an arrest warrant for Aaron.
That actually makes it even worse. I know in the actually civilized jurisdiction I live, if you crashed into a construction vehicle doing work in an at-fault accident, you'd be lucky if you weren't criminally prosecuted and you could lose your license for literally years or even permanently depending on the circumstances and you'd be lucky to get that and a several K fine plus any civil penalties instead of thrown in jail on top of all that.
But then this isn't a corrupt shithole like Minnesota.
He may almost have to request the body cam if the Rekieta insists the other driver was at fault.
Minnesota is a 'no-fault' insurance state.

I find it weird (and funny) that he owns 2 vehicles... the beat up mustang he paid $20k dealer markup on and a $110k lincoln navigator.
So whhhyyyyyyy was he driving a 2017 Nissan Van with his wife and oldest son?
I looked up the VIN here: https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/VinDecoder?VIN=5BZAF0AA7HN851818&ModelYear=
And came up with one of these: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nissan_NV_(North_America)
I dunno where the fuck "CTK" on the crash report came from.
EDIT: In regards to the 'late' rating: Went back several pages to where the accident report was posted and didn't see anyone mention it being a 2017 Nissan Van. People still thought it was a car. Typical John Andrews Stan L.
EDITx2: In case it needs to be made obvious, the bottom of the accident report says it's a 2017 Nissan. I'm sure someone needs it pointed out. Probably John Andrews Stan.
The Nissan was the old vehicle they drove before they got the Lincoln and Mustang to be able to transport all the children in one vehicle.
