Regarding the breathing issues being helped by HRT, it seems that it is estrogen that helps menopausal women. She is 27, a bit away from menopause. Does testosterone bring on early menopause? Or if you stop taking T, woild it bring on menopause? Here if some info I found:

Reading the tweet regarding her love of being Trans, loving the experience of it seems disingenuous . So many Trans people discuss the confusion and discomfort being in the body the were born with and struggled until they understood about being Trans. I do not recall her reminiscing about the challenges in her life before transitioning.
Could the Trans part be part of munching in a way? Being Trans and disabled gives 2 points on the oppression scale. She did cut off her tits and do HRT, so some of the trans stuff is medical. The Jewish and Indigenous identity gives 2 more. She is like a social-medical -identity muncher. Wanting attention and a pass to easy living where she is a consumer of service vs a citizen giving service to some sort of job/role that would be expected of someone with her upbringing.

The only feasible pathway for this is that maybe the testosterone is counteracting some of the muscle wasting, including the muscles controlling her breathing, from being a slug in a wheelchair munching corticosteroids 24/7. Anabolic steroids like anadrol are used for patients with wasting diseases like aids and they're actually remarkably effective at keeping their weight up. However they also drive your blood pressure up and I imagine Vicky's probably pushing some scary numbers.

She's what? 27? I'd guess she's got 5-8 years before she gives herself an ACTUAL life limiting condition, and she's spent the past decade ensuring no doctor familiar with her will take anything she says seriously.
It's definitely possible. Before the advent of taking hormones #justbecause, the narrative of having gender dysphoria at the time was that it was a medical condition that transitioning could treat, ergo the reason for the phrase "transitioning saves lives"; in fact this was the basis for truscum/ tucute discourse that gripped teenage women on Tumblr. When a year into college she finally announced the first time taking HRT, one of her friends screenshotted the fact and sent it around saying she was such an attention seeker. This was apparently uncontested and not one person stood up for her. She also used being a pooner as a basis for why she's really oppressed despite being from wealth (see all the puff pieces out there). So, I can be persuaded that pooning out was not only attention seeking, but also from a munching angle, if that makes sense.

She's just a lazy fatass with extreme deconditioning, and she's rapidly heading towards the age where it has much bigger consequences than easy mason verger cosplay every Halloween. One of the major things you realise working in medicine is just how much things like moving around and getting proper hydration and nutrition contribute to the everyday running of your body. Being largely immobile causes absolute havoc to the body in the long run, which is why when frail patients get hip fractures it's time to start making arrangements.

If she had anemia we would know ALL about it because she excitedly runs to MyChart every time she has bloodwork done and obsesses and googles every result to see what sooper special conditions she could have based on it.

What makes me laugh is when you see actually normal disabled people talking about sex, one of the things I hear a lot is they just want to be treated as normal sexual beings with normal sex drives, and it's apparently a big issue for them that people consider them being disabled makes them almost infantilised and nonsexual, they just want to feel as normal as they can. Which is very understandable, to anyone other than vicky being an adult with an adult brain and adult desires and being treated as an eternal child would be fucking depressing.
