Most Jews died from camp conditions, bullets, and slave labor (how do you think the Nazis built all their cool shit?). The Holocaust death count also includes Russian Jews, which adds a lot. Focusing specifically on Jewish populations in Europe ignores all the Russians, which is why Holocaust deniers don't include it.

I agree that this NDAA doesn't include secret intelligence sharing, but the US already does this with Israel. Unfortunately, the nature of US-Israeli intelligence sharing is secret and not codified in a public way. We don't have a Five Eyes with them like we do with Commonwealth countries.
