Since the art is from late 2020 to early 2021, NateKitty would've had to be underage then for this to be grooming. As seen from this tweet which ironically is also about grooming, NateKitty was already 23 in 2020.
HOWEVER In the same Reddit thread a user posted evidence of them interacting on Cooper's DeviantArt page all the way back in 2014, whilst also claiming that they've known each other since ~2012-2013, making NateKitty ~16 and Cooper ~19 at the time. Looking into it, I found the account they claimed to be NateKitty's first posting on Cooper's profile in 2013, corroborating their claims. While not exactly a heckin' problematic age gap, if other allegations surface this might have to be reevaluated.
