She technically can, but she would need to justify it and the problem is that the judge was already very considerate towards her for months on end.
In order to be overturned it would need to have a very good explanation like "I had issues with my lawyer and had to get another on short notice", but that doesn't justify 10 fucking months.

The complaint was sent in last july. Frogan was supposed to respond by august. She didn't so they stretched the deadline to october. She still didn't so they told her she had 3 more weeks and if she didn't do anything it would defaulted in may 2026. She didn't respond and they had it defaulted.
Like, everyone was under the assumption that Frogan was delaying her response to come up with a plan or something but in the end she literally did nothing. She ignored it for 10 months and lost by default.

It doesn't matter, legal reality is how the judgement defines it. If the Frog witch defaulted and can pay the damages, then she doesn't have to admit to liability, in which case you can say legally, she wasn't guilty nor had to admit to guilt. I guess that's true, but the main avenue for getting a default overturned is saying there was an issue with service. Kinda hard to argue that though when she made a go fund me to raise money for this specific lawsuit and has spoken about it publicly.

Technically this a clerk's notice of default. The judge still needs to sign off on it. She could move to set a default aside on grounds including "excusable neglect," although that could be a tricky argument given there have been repeated extensions.
