I'm not surprised. Wikipedia has repeatedly put horrible tranny shit in the "Did you know?" section. As an aside, I finally listened to that song recently, and while it was indeed dog shit, I expected it to be much worse given how massive it is. From screenshots I saw, many of the comments are also full of "counting or not counting gang violence" "jokes". (aka "HE THOUGHT NIGGERS ARE VIOLENT AND THEN GOT SHOT BY A WHITE GUY (THAT WE PRETEND WAS A GROYPER)!!! LOL!!!!!!!").
Graphic murder footage is basically a huge meme among kids now and leftists have no issue with this. I've noticed leftists seem far more open to what amounts to political grooming of young children than right-wingers, given what I've seen even middle schoolers involved with on Twitter for ages now. Right wing youth get called naive by older lefties, but youth who think like them are praised. What's really atrocious is how aggressive these lefty types get when people speak out against them. Like for example, if that thirteen-year-old were a conservative Christian (Bible was written so that a preteen can understand it), that kid would be put down, talked over, and called naive from here to Fiji and back again. The liberal left globally is so neck deep in their views, yet their arrogance doesn't make them realize actual middle schoolers can debunk them.

There's not much of a comparison, between the universality of smartphones and how much of it's rooted in genuine hatred of the person or how it's all downstream of the effort to completely tarnish his memory. 9/11 jokes were huge online in the 00's, but that was mostly self-depreciatory given how many of the people doing them were Americans who had clear memories of 9/11.
Also, one of the frustrating things about Kirk memes is that, as dorky as Charlie could be, he actually had a sense of humor about himself. One of his last twitter PFP's was Eric Cartman as him, from the episode where he was explicitly parodied. In another universe, I could see Kirkification being akin to JD Vance memes, something largely done by his supporters (and with him still being alive). I can 100% see him finding many of the edits funny and retweeting them or even using them as his PFP's. With their ubiquity, I feel like many people who don't hate him look at them in that way now, and that's how I tried to look at a lot of them for a time. But I've been finding them tainted again given the obsessive hatred of him hasn't wavered at all, so it's hard to get around how they're still often made by people who want anyone who doesn't suck every tranny's shirveled HRT dick to be murdered on camera/niggers.

Yeah, out the gate they were claiming he was killed due to "transphobia" and haven't wavered on that even after it's come out the lightskin apparently sued over "LGBT discrimination" himself, with still no confirmed motive. It's amazing how the American left has built this unstoppable monstrous juggernaut in their minds out of the GOP. The left can kill and laugh about it without speedy consequences, they can rig elections with no consequences, and in reality all the Republican Party will do is winge about rules being broken and roll over and quietly capitulate as they always do. Meanwhile, they can and will use power while slamming down on the accelerator to punish their "enemies".
