I'm guessing they had this in the can for Bolton but then he fizzled? If this was riffing off the old Ambien Walrus it could almost work, like Fettermen Walrus comes to your home and gives bad advice about reaching across the aisle

Even democratic voters knew biden suffered through mental decline.
My Mother who lived in Delaware before acutally was friends with someone who Knew Joe Biden personally(He was a republican politican) and said that the dude liked joe biden but disagreed with him on almost everything politcally(This was like 3 years before he ran for president)
But yeah it was pretty clear to almost every voter in America that Biden had some serious mental decline and the hiding of his sons crimes was fucked and deplorable.
