This is unrelated, but I was curious about this story and see that most of the sources about this story are from MSN who are sourcing the Hindustan Times. I could schizobabble about MKULTRA for awhile, but I found this instead. On an article from 3 hours ago, If you scroll down the Hindustan Times sourced MSN article you get a bunch of related pajeet shit articles:
