This one British guy who was so big they had to reinforce the hospital floor was put on an all-dairy diet for like month before his surgery in order to shrink his liver and make it easier to move around.

Ive made comments like this before on sites like FPH but yeah, she definitely didnt love him, or even like him, Im sure she was getting some on the side and I am positive even if she wasnt, Boogie isnt filling her physical, or emotional needs, he cant have sex, he probably cant even get it up, so she was definitely looking for some on the side. There's that infamous photo, and Im sure even if she was, Boogie was fine with it because he knows he cant provide for her in that way, or be good for her; she's way out of his league on top of that. She was never his partner, or even a lover, she ended up being a caretaker, a mom, a housemaid, and possibly an enabler. Hell she may have been waiting for him to die. Maybe she was, and now he's getting this surgery and so she figures he's gonna keep living, so she should move on. It would be easier for her as a widower, though. But yes, she's wasting her life, she probably realized she was.

Now she's older, probably more stable, and realizes shes wasting her life (again she's way, way out of his league at his best of times), and can do much, much better, and wants out.

Someone should get in contact with her and suggest Boogie did that as a manipulation move; since manipulating is his main game, he's good at it. She probably already figured it out, or knows, and it might make things worse, for her, or make their (now) shaky relationship worse, but it's a dick move and she deserves to know.

I don't know her backstory, but I could see her being subconsciously attracted to him because of his income. If life isn't going well, money may be a problem, a guy who is nice to you and has a nice house in a safe neighborhood and doesn't have to worry about where the next paycheck is coming from, the desire and appreciation for that can be mistaken for love.

I have a similar theory about Anthony Burch's now ex-wife; she supposedly had a shitty home life, so she meets the Burches, everybody lives under one roof and nobody is drunk and fighting and breaking things, and suddenly she's returning the affections of the person that introduced her to that new life.

With both of them, they're in a good place for a couple of years and then they start to open their eyes. The time and energy they spent just trying to cope and survive in their own life can be focused on themselves, they develop some self esteem, and realize they can do better than what they were basically settling for.
 
I guess dropping below 500lbs went to his head and now his wife is jealous of all the attention he'll get for it.

Why do people like Boogie? His content is all based around sitting his fat ass in front of a webcam and talking right? What does Boogie offer the average person that they can't find elsewhere? Personality? He seems whiny and insecure more than anything. I could find that fucking anywhere.
I can't understand the sympathy he gets about his weight for the life of me. If he cared he would seriously work towards fixing his diet. If his wife or friends cared they would remove junk food from his house and work towards getting him moving a tiny bit.

When I saw this thread being featured I thought for sure he was dead. Before I read the actual quote, that is. But if his wife DOES leave him, he'll probably die faster anyway. Nobody to empty the dump truck of food down his fat gullet.

In that post he didn't mention why he said they'd been having seperation talks for month. Is he pretending he didn't say that?

Also, anxiety is no excuse for airing your dirty laundry. I understand and sympathize with anxiety disorders, but to throw your wife under the bus (instead of actually asking her what she meant) is pretty pathetic.
 
If his wife really is leaving him, that's what he gets for being a beta cuck.
 
Well this is weird. I wonder how much of a secret asshole this guy has to be for his wife to leave him when he's at his most needy and vulnerable?

There is no way in hell he has the willpower to go through this on his own. He's going to get the surgery and eat till his guts explode. Its a real shame.
