Im not sure of the veracity of this but it came across one of my Telegram channels. Someone called "jondata1" on Darkforums is selling hacked 1TB of Iranian nuclear site files. Take it with a grain of salt, but its worth posting for the images.

As I've said before, the IRGC isn't popular but there's a bit of a gulf between "man the government sucks" and "burn it all down!"

I'm taking small issue with them not calling it waste; if your operation is run appropriately you capture that methane/natural gas and process it non-explosively. HAving to flare it means something fucked up, or more accurate in the states, you don't want to have to go through the expense for the little bit of reward.

All of these are likely. I'd believe its just the collection tranks that filter out liquids not working properly due to lack of maintenance. I don't know if that's even a new thing. Iraqi refineries were not exactly up to EPA regs, I doubt Iran's are much better.

Forget listening to their people, the IRGC doesn't listen to reality. They have gotten so used to getting their way for so long, between weak and shiftless US and EU leaders and being able to execute anyone who tries to stop their plans for heresy against Islam.
They get subjected to a month of bombing the survivoring leadership's response is to declare strategic marytrdom. They build dams that never will fill and ruin their country's water supply.

I think that with respect to an invasion of Taiwan and this current Iranian situation, the CCP's best option isn't to prepare to go all-in on a military confrontation, but to get the IRGC to drag this conflict out as possible to poison the US appetite and ability for interventionism. They might rely on the Strait for oil, but so do Japan and worst Korea, and if this continues, they may be able to make it so the political climate in those countries becomes hostile towards allowing US bases. I had thought the Chinese supplying the Iranians with weapons was unlikely, but looking at it from this angle, if a lucky shot manages to cause mass US casualties, even if Iran is flattened the next day, public opinion on any future intervention could sour to the point where Taiwanese people become convinced the US wouldn't come to their aid and they give up. This is yet another reason Bridge and Power Plant Day can't come soon enough, Trump has to show America is willing and able to use real force against people who play around with fake negotiations.
