I'm not in touch with internal Republican discourse, but I'm curious what the reaction was to finding out that CPAC was (and probably is still) funded by the Russian government.
Does anyone monitor these people and can tell me what their response to that revelation was?

Trump and Israel started this war without consulting the rest of NATO first. They've openly admitted this multiple times. It's retarded and short-sighted to expect the rest of the world to drop everything to help with a war they didn't expect, while at the same time demanding all other countries invest more into defense spending and be self-sufficient. It's not viable to build up defenses while fighting in a war they have no business getting involved with.
Plus, Trump won the war on day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4, and so on. Why did any other country have to help when Trump claimed the US was the strongest country ever, and Iran was begging for a deal?
It's fake news, liberal propaganda, and Democrat lies, and in fact, it is the Democrats who are funded by the Russians -MAGA

Looking into the CPAC thing because I hadn't heard about it. I guess from what I've found Victor Orban was found to be sending funds to CPAC. And he apparently has ties with Russia and Putin.
I honestly would rather the US had a better relationship with Russia actually. Even if CPAC is found to be directly funded by Russia with the money just flowing through Hungary first, they seem to be doing a pretty shitty job of getting pro-russia policy in.
Just to explain my position a bit more. I think it probably is in the best interest of the US to not continue the adversarial relationship with them. If we weren't still holding onto the cold war we must fight the soviets mentality, it would mean we could lift sanctions, open trade. Likely have a lot less to worry about with Russian state actors fucking with us. We wouldn't need to get drawn into bullshit to fight them through proxies. I just personally don't hold the belief that we have to hold onto the status quo of, Russia, china, Iran, North Korea bad. So we need to waste billions, maybe Trillions in military spending to deal with them. I think yes we should have a defensive budget. But the antagonistic role we play if anything I see putting us more at risk.
And even if in some of those countries they're horrible from a humanitarian point of view (which I do think some of it is probably exaggerated for propaganda reasons.) why the fuck should I care? Not my problem. Just like it wasn't my problem when Iran was taking out Mossad actors during the Iran protests. I don't like the America World Police bullshit.
I don't think America should isolate from the rest of the world completely. But I think a more isolationist military policy would do us a lot of benefits. Our current policy definitely hasn't gotten us anywhere good. Most people just go along with it because they think we need to go about it like this, not really thinking about the fact we could completely change how things are done, and we would probably only benefit from it.
All of that said. I still don't trust Vance at all who looks to be tied into all of that. But I don't trust him for slightly different reasons. Also I read a few things about this, and one is going on about "The idea that poor men of color voting meant socialism resonated with white voters" nigger come on. The only thing I've seen saying anything related to this would be the move to try to require an ID to vote. If you really think that's a move to stop "poor men of color" from voting you really have a low opinion of what you think non-white people are capable of. Seriously, how can people unironically say something like that and not realize they're basically saying, "these niggers are too stupid to know how to get an ID if you require one to vote you're basically bringing back Jim Crow". It's this kind of shit, I hope whatever this brand of leftism is wiped out. Because it really has done a lot of damage.

If you are interested in the evolution of Russian media, including its use in cognitive warfare, I recommend reading them. They are long and dry but full of information I can't fit into just one post, and they should answer your question.
They don't directly name any specific influencer, podcaster, or journalist, but Tim Pool is/was paid by the Russian government to push Russian narratives and anti-US and anti-NATO narratives. As far as CPAC, I don't know, but it is most likely true. There's very little downside for the Russian government to get involved with these groups/entities/'people, since even if they're discovered and it's reported, people still won't believe the Russians are involved.

This is something that came up during the 2018 and 2022 midterms. Miggers were flummoxed that Trump wasn’t on the ballot so some of them didn’t know what to do and either spoiled the ballots or just wrote in his name.
This is what happens when Republicans talk about small government. In the end, more money gets spent that the taxpayers subsidize. Do the taxpayers get a refund on the surging cost of goods thanks to tariffs? Instead everything costs more and the difference gets collected by corporations.
