3. Military vessels of hostile nations, including the United States.
"Overnight, U.S. forces carried out a maritime interdiction and right-of-visit boarding of the sanctioned stateless vessel M/T Majestic X transporting oil from Iran, in the Indian Ocean within the INDOPACOM area of responsibility.
We will continue global maritime enforcement to disrupt illicit networks and interdict vessels providing material support to Iran, wherever they operate.
International waters cannot be used as a shield by sanctioned actors. The Department of War will continue to deny illicit actors and their vessels freedom of maneuver in the maritime domain." - U.S. Department of War.
Dozens of U.S. refueling aircraft are still stationed at Israel's Ben Gurion Airport.
Senior officials in Iran are avoiding direct contact with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei out of concern that Israel could track their movements and target him, NYT reports.

Despite being seriously wounded, officials say Khamenei remains mentally alert and engaged. He has undergone multiple surgeries on his leg and hand, is expected to receive a prosthetic, and suffered severe burns to his face that have made speaking difficult, with further procedures likely needed.

President Masoud Pezeshkian, who is also a heart surgeon, and the minister of health have personally been involved in Mojtaba's care.

Because of security concerns and concerns of appearing weak, he has not made any public appearances or recordings, and communication with him is handled through handwritten messages passed via trusted couriers.
The IRGC missile operators started painting the missiles in blue as well, in reaction to Iranian boys who wanted blue missiles (as opposed to pink missiles). No word on when they will paint a missile in tranny colors.
