Even after DeeDee entered the picture, Nader declared unequivocally that he was not in a relationship with Chins (and never was), and even after he moved in with DeeDee, it took her almost a year to stop stalking him and it's only because Salah came along. Hell, I could even see her continuing to financially support Salah, a cousin wife, and their bundles of joy (as long as she gets to keep the title of First Wife) until Salah decides enough is enough. It will take a lot of mental gymnastics, but we know those are the only gymnastics Chins is capable of and good at.

I sometimes think about the episode last month, where she slept with nader. I remember thinking that she seemed like she was waiting for the shit to hit the fan. She kept asking during her live, "what, what, WHAT?" as if she knew it was going to come out, and she was just waiting. The most telling thing was the clip (see picture above) where she actually had to LOOK AT THE VIDEO, in order to assure it was not her. She looks at the video and then says "its not me".

An astute and well thought out post, asking questions any sane person would ask. Of course she isn't really 'successful'; she is on the brink of demise, and she is alone in a filth filled apt. I would add that chantal is in this predicament because she has online people who support her, and feed her, literally and figuratively. I cannot imagine where she would be if people weren't sending her money to support her truly hedonistic lifestyle, and feeding her lies about her appearance, her supposed husband, her abysmal 'content'.....

Who would go online and follow and support a creature like chantal? She is unyeildingly abusive to not only herself but to everyone in her circle. Don't get me started on the cats.....

I could be convinced that Gunt wants to hook up with Nader, but how could she, when Nader would obviously spill that the second it was over? I just can’t see a scenario where she’d risk her “marriage” and her “reputation” to fuck that guy when she knows the entire internet will know.

This is really sad.

These are her best examples of their chemistry and connection after 3 years.
You know she combed through her texts to find the most loving examples and 3 years together and 6 months apart from her SOULMATE this was it.

I'd give most people the benefit of the doubt and say "well maybe the big conversations happened over the phone" but shes admitted to ghosting his calls, video or otherwise, out of laziness (and to test him) so often that I doubt thats the case.
She'd have gleefully shown any fruits of her nasty loyalty tests where he sends her loving and heartfelt texts about missing here and talking about his day or thwir plans, but none of those exist.

It blows my mind that everytime Chantal and Salah interact in any way it's awkward, stiff and impersonal. Every single time it's like two acquaintances who have been forced to carpool for the very first time.

Chantal is terrified of meeting new people but hopped on a plane to Kuwait to marry a stranger just to make Nadar jealous. If she thought it could make her feel better in that moment AND make someone else feel worse I do believe she would do it.

That said I'm on the fence whether she has, only because I agree that Nadar would still be milking it. Unless a real deal has been struck (or someone told him revenge porn charges wouldn't look great when stacked beside his ongoing(?) rape case) there is no way he wouldn't be telling everyone gruesome detail over and over for attention.

The best part is that shes so delusional that this is how she sees herself. Not right now, but in her mind shes just one water fast or fast food funeral away from curing her diabetes and becoming a skinny legend.

She was already pretty delusional about her looks but AI and filters have really messed up her perception. I think having most of the people in her life telling her she's pretty (because she pays them to) really blots out reality for her as well.
Sure she has moments of lucidity where she says shes unattractive but all she has to do is look at an video or text where Salah says she's beautiful and she's right back to bragging about her Pretty Privilege.
