TBH, I don't know what to make of those pubic hair thongs. Ironic nostalgia? Satire? "Fun" novelty item? They're baffling. Really unattractive. A fool and their money were easily parted there, that's for sure.

I hate that they try to come up with cutesy motifs for horrific shit. This is a flowery themed app about shoving shit up your chopped off dick axewound to prevent it from closing.

It could also be aiming for the general "wellness" aesthetic that you see with yoga moms, hipsters, dubious supplement retailers, and the infamous GOOP store. Troons have also latched on to this, particularly the "hon" types as they want to give themselves a false sense of legitimacy as they LARP as middle-aged women.

He should have used a surgical pen to mark the incisions. You don't go hacking blindly into the body.

The reason theres so much blood is because he only used lidocaine.
Usually in these minor surgical procedures in a hospital setting, doctors use epinephrine with the lidocaine since its a vasoconstrictor that area of the body meaning the blood vessels constrict so theres less blood loss. (Epinephrine has this funny trait of doing the reverse, vasodilation in skeletal-muscular tissue, neat!)

Other thing causing so much blood is that he lacks any electrocautery tools. Normally in surgery you have monopolar and bipolar electrocautery tools. Monopolar cautery acts like a hot knife through buttery in human tissue. Doctors sometimes refer to this as a 'Bovie' since thats the brand name of the tool. It cauterizes as it cuts so you get minimal blood loss.

If he had used both of these techniques, he would not be bleeding out so much loosing at most 15-25ml of blood, not 400ml !!. The lack of iodine antiseptic beforehand is unforgivable. As an extra precaution, I would have washed with antibacterial soap beforehand.[/spoiler]

I'm 99% certain in my time lurking this site I'd seen some kind of doll for troons and other assorted degenerates to shove up their ass and push out. I mean sure in theory you could do it with any soft rubber doll (God forgive me) but istg there's one specifically designed for that.

this could be a great source of information some day, about what % of these ditches are completely non-functional. I can't count the number of times I have seen people say something like "I can only get the smallest dilator in to the ___ dot."

They should offer different theme options then for these apps. While I understand that periods are indeed unpleasant for women, I think something like a psychedelic-themed app skin might serve as a small distraction like the trippy pen bag that my ex-girlfriend used to store her pads within her purse to get her mind off of her period and the nausea that it often brought for her.

Thanks for reminding me of the Butt Baby. I didn't need to eat today anyway.
