Wyróżniono dnia 27 Mar 2026 przez Null: Clavicular arrested in Florida and banned from Kick after discharging firearm at dead alligator and drone while boating in the Everglades. Public records indicate he was arrested for misdemeanor battery, possibly unrelated.
Clav apparently shot an alligator (I got this from twitter sorry for the blur)
and a drone. People on twitter where saying the drone shooting was a felony but idk anything about that.

Where are you getting the felony part? Lack of hunting license? There's areas you can hunt in the Everglades, but you do need a permit to hunt alligators if had been alive (and he likely doesn't have one of course).

Bonus: you can hunt American Alligators, but not American Crocodiles. America Crocodiles are a protected species as they live in select parts of Southern Florida within the continental USA. They live elsewhere, but the native population is protected. I'm only pointing this out because I am betting there is a 70% chance that if he and his buddies actually planned on it, they'd shoot the wrong one on accident. Because they're retarded druggies.

Love that he and his friend wastes lead on a corpse. Great job Braden and pals, truly a manly man shoots dead things and not just a set of bored retards. What the hell is the point of going into the glades anyway? He'd shriek like a child as soon as he saw a living gator his at him. Change of scenery? Saying hi to a drug dealer in a deep hideout?

Florida Statute 379.409. He doesn't have a permit because alligator season in Florida is August 15 - November 8. Additionally, the only firearm that's legal to hunt alligators with are bangsticks. However, it was a corpse, so idk how the FWC will react, if at all.
 
I'm going to laugh my ass off if he gets put in prison not for running over that nigger or his drug habit, but for shooting a dead alligator carcass :story:

The lesson of the day should be to NEVER fuck with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, you will not get away with it. They even go after sheriff deputies
