Rewatching the video from that perspective, I'm erring into everybody involved in that situation being an asshole that deserves anything that comes to them. A crowd of people surrounding a motorist that is clearly trying to leave is disruptive AT BEST. Notice how the crowd is walking towards the car as she is backing out to find another way.
