Somewhat true. Ukraine can still manage, even if US cut out all ties now. What US currently does is basically giving the ok of transporting their weapons into Ukraine and using them, and providing some intelligence data. But Trump really did cut off basically all the aid after he took office. Europe has pretty much taken over of fuelling the Ukrainian war machine, but like I said, there is still very much a need to keep Trump and US happy. If US were to say that no more supplying US made weapons to Ukraine that would be problematic, but not catastrophic.

Under just Biden era funding, the program to keep Ukraine topped off with ammo & provides servicing for US-supplied vehicles was set to run until 2028. It was quietly renewed & funded by congress in the last budget and will run to 2029. Its very likely it is renewed this summer.
Trump also authorized US contractors for servicing of Ukraine's F-16s, and ensured fast approval for Ukraine's massive Patriot order this summer.

Daily reminder that most of Europe's aid to Ukraine is via loans that secured by seized Russian funds, and the loans serviced by interest payments on said impounded funds so I don't wan't to hear any righteous indignation.
In the short-term, certainly. But not in the long-term. Europe cannot continue fighting a forever war for a country it does not actually have the ability to force a win with, ESPECIALLY if NATO loses US support.
