I think it's a fundemental right/left thing.
The right-wing are more individualist than the left, so a collective demonstration might be viewed as less valuable than just having 1 guy in the right place to do shit over gathering somewhere and shouting.
The other factor, and probably contributes more than anything else, is that the Left has whole networks and structures in place specifically meant to facilitate protests. I remember the NoKings "movement" where you had a website, and some local examples in the USA organised carpools and other modes of transport just to get people where they were needed. The right-wing is naturally suspicious of such things organised in such a way—honeypots, personal info collecting/possible doxxing—so such things are never organised.
Around 2015-2017 the internet collectively came down hard on any right-wing organisation over social media so that also discouraged anyone ever putting out a "call to arms," which is usually required for these protests to go ahead in the first place (every leftist protest didn't just materialise, someone somewhere put a date and place.)
An example of what I'm talking about: in the USA the last time a right-wing protest (of note) occurred, it was January 6th 2020. You had a "call to arms" by Trump, a time and place, and right-wingers went there of their own accord. It more or less mirrored what the Left does with semi-regularity. Is there any other figure besides Trump who the American right would listen to if he or she wanted to organise a protest? This is contrast to the Left who practically get aroused at the prospect.
