I’m starting to lean on the Greenland thing for why Trump is criticizing nato. It’s more that he knows Europes navies are occupied with Russia or weak.

This is how you know they're winning.Iran has assigned 3-7 replacements for each military role to maintain continuity of leadership and operations if commanders are killed, according to Fars News Agency.
The plan is that Artesh units will turn against the regime + civil uprising. The US and Jews will likely play airsupport.Since American &/or Israeli boots on the ground isn't on the table at the moment, what's the plan for supporting a regime change? Do they plan on supplying existing Iraqi and Kurdish troops? Maybe once air defenses are weakened enough, it'd be possible to run guns to internal anti-government factions?
This is not grievance counting.Back to the grievance counting. Europe's energy strategy has been retarded for a long time, and systems that are in place for a long time will take time to correct. Leaders cannot wave magic wands to instantly fix their problems, and shutting off all oil and gas imports does not help Ukraine if it completely tanks Europe's economy and industry. You manage as best you can to provide aid to Ukraine while redirecting your energy imports. I know you're not an ignorant person, you're just being petty. I get it, to a point.
Why are jews allowed to control Christian holy sites again? The jews have closed the Holy Sepulcre. This will be the one of the few times in history that local Christians can't celebrate during holy week there.
Not particularly trying to jump in on whatever point the other person there is making.I was explaining why Iran would probably not want to fire missiles at Europe before the war started; that is, to avoid being bombed by NATO (which yes, basically means the US). Was that not clear?
We wouldn't be having this discussion if America hadn't unleashed the thermonuclear genie to do exactly what @Kyria the Great asked. It was called Operation Starvation and enhanced by A. Nuking 2 of their cities and B. Leaving somebody alive that could order everybody to surrender and be obeyed.
Hours ago, U.S. forces successfully employed multiple 5,000-pound deep penetrator munitions on hardened Iranian missile sites along Iran’s coastline near the Strait of Hormuz.
The Iranian anti-ship cruise missiles in these sites posed a risk to international shipping in the strait.
I realise the venting at Europe is cathartic, but I'd like to inject a little reality into the discussion: Europe's response to this war has absolutely nothing to do with its muslim population. For several reasons. It also has nothing to do with Trump or the left. Nor is it spite against the US, or wanting to free-ride off of it. As a person from a European country I can say there are real, strategic reasons stemming from national interests for why European countries would not want to join in with bombing Iran. I will outline them, but let me be clear, this is not what I personally think about the war, it is just reasons why Europe specifically would not want to get involved too much.
If you wanted European men to go die for ZOG so bad maybe you shouldn’t have spent your whole term insulting them and threatening to invade Greenland.
@Ghostse Why are jews allowed to control Christian holy sites again?
Not really. The strikes on Turkey and the UK/France/Italy bases caused minor damage, no casualties. It was essentially a nation with its leadership decapitated lashing out under an all-out assault, not a calculated attack plan against NATO countries, and was perceived as such. Which is why the response has been fairly moderate. That said, it has been enough to encourage some European countries to contribute to the defensive operations around the Gulf, so it's not a nothingburger either. Not particularly trying to jump in on whatever point the other person there is making.
But don't their launches into Turkey kind of already create that risk? Or do you think they're more worried about firing into Germany as a member of NATO (since they house US troops) as opposed to Turkey, who is a member of NATO and houses US troops. Or Firing at the British base in Cyprus or the French base in Abu Dhabi?
those cables send data by sending light down the tube, its essentially hyper fast morse code, a dot for 1 a gap for 0. those "cables" are defined by how many smaller cables are inside of it, think of an old one having a single light tube then 2x then 4x and so on right?Thank you for the high quality posts on this matter.
This is not my field, but it appears that the effective total bandwidth (from e.g. France to India) would not be meaningfully degraded with even the complete destruction of one of these cables. Is this a matter of the systems inability to adapt to the disruption?
the site is closed because Iran tried to hit it with a missile:Why are jews allowed to control Christian holy sites again?
According to a March 16 statement released by Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, fragments of the missile “fell on the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Armenian Patriarchate, the Jewish Quarter, and the Temple Mount, near the Al-Aqsa Mosque.”
The government of Israel condemned the Iranian regime for “firing missiles at the holy sites of Jerusalem, endangering Jews, Muslims, and Christians alike,” and added that Israel “is acting to protect the faithful of all religions in its capital.”
Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Oren Marmorstein provided details of the incident at a press conference held near the impact site.
“We are here next to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. A missile from the Iranian regime, a ballistic missile launched from Iran, struck this location,” he stated.
Marmorstein emphasized that the attack directly endangered the city’s principal holy sites. “The Iranian regime is targeting the holy sites of Jerusalem. This is a holy site, and the Iranian regime almost destroyed it,” he said.
“Basically, the entire Old City is in danger because of these ballistic missiles fired by Iran against the civilian population and, now, against the holy sites of Jerusalem,” Marmorstein added.
According to the spokesman, the objective of these attacks is to inflict the greatest possible harm on the civilian population. “The defenses are strong, but the intentions and objective of the Iranian regime are clear: They are trying to cause the highest possible number of civilian casualties, and now they are also targeting holy sites in the city of Jerusalem.”
“They are attacking Muslims, they are attacking Christians, and they are attacking Jews,” he emphasized. “Imagine what would have happened if that ballistic missile that landed just meters away had directly struck this holy site. It would be a nightmare.”
Never heard of Sweden's Foxtrot? Iran has been funding and running criminal groups located in europe for a while now taking advantage of all the invaders willing to do crime and terrorism against their host nations.Iran's focus is very much regional, as are most of its capabilities. It is concerned with Israel and the Saudis, not France or Germany.
I think traditional American Protestants see these sites more as tourist attractions than anything else. It's fine by us if Catholics seethe about it.They do and they don't. Normally, the guards outside are Christian, but honestly, would you rather have the Israelis looking over the site or the Muslims who can't even keep Al-Aqsa mosque from getting held hostage by Hamas supporters every fucking Ramadan? Seriously, the Jordanians are supposed to be in control of the Temple Mount, but they can barely keep the thing together. Also, Christians can't even agree to remove a ladder. If you let the Muslims control it they will turn it into a mosque and give the Christians a corner if they're lucky. And which christain group should control it? The Catholics? The Eastern Orthodox? The Coptics? The Baptists?
Mojtaba's other leg.Since Ali Larijani is dead, who is the next major Regime figure that will be taken out?
It's taken the Royal Bavy, supposedly the most powerful European Navy 18 days to put 1 destroyer to sea to deal with attacks on British Citizens.I’m starting to lean on the Greenland thing for why Trump is criticizing nato. It’s more that he knows Europes navies are occupied with Russia or weak.
It's that time again! It's St. Patrick's day nigga, come on
Word is they were a couple in their 70s. Shit on Jews all you want, but at least they can aim at targets who aren't civilians already on death's door. Two Israelis were killed in Ramat Gan, central Israel, as a result of the fall of a cluster munition from an Iranian missile.
My point is why wait? Why wait for Iran to develop ICBMs while they delay and deceive for decades under ineffectual sanctions? The opportunity to do something is here. They are in a weakened state domestically, all their allies have turned on them, their military is decrepit and ineffectual. If not now, when? Wait for them to be driven crazier by thirst, economic collapse and drought until they decide to hold strait hostage except this time they have nukes? The reason they haven't hit you yet is because they can't. Your reaction is to give them more time to work that out.The person I was originally replying to was suggesting that Iran (before the current war) might some day launch an all out ballistic missile attack on Europe, which is a stretch, to put it mildly. Iran's focus is very much regional, as are most of its capabilities. It is concerned with Israel and the Saudis, not France or Germany.
Fair enough, at least something I can respecfully say "agree to disagree" I don't think we'll see eye to eye on this percieved threat level Iran posed before this conflict kicked off or the value in ending it faster now that it has kicked off (in regards to Europe as well in both cases)Not really.
