his case would be a lot weaker because it would now be about events of the past rather than about ongoing behavior

it would be a catastrophe for null and the forums because the precedent of "if you threaten to sue us then i will censor the site as you demand" would lead to a massive deluge of lawsuit threats by every lolcow under the sun threatening to drag null to court if he doesn't scrub their info from the site

Not sure who you're using for hosting, but there's always the option to self-host and only use a VPS as a proxy for wireguard. Hardware will be cheap, especially compared to what you've been paying. The only point of failure would be the quality of the internet connection you're able to use.
There's also https://anonvm.wtf which appears to allow free speech without breaking the bank.

He's already self-hosting and using VPS for proxies. The site you posted uses Cloudflare, which has already banned Null, so it's very unlikely that they would allow KiwiFarms and risk losing cloudflare.
