One hundred forty-eight personnel remain missing.

The answer is Israel.

Who fucking knows. The school was next door of a military base. Could be an airstrike off target or it could be the Iranians launching a volly of retaliation fire and a malfunctioning missle lands there.

There is a good chance it was a SAM, fired at an Israeli or even American aircraft, that was forced to fly into the ground due to the aircrafts evasive maneuvering.
