Pete Hegseth's X post.
Overnight, on President Trump’s orders, the Department of War commenced OPERATION EPIC FURY — the most lethal, most complex, and most-precision aerial operation in history.

The Iranian regime had their chance, yet refused to make a deal — and now they are suffering the consequences. For almost fifty years, Iran has targeted and killed Americans, always seeking the world’s most powerful weapons to further their radical cause. Last night, unlike any previous president, President Trump began dealing with this cancer.

We will not tolerate powerful missiles targeting the American people. Those missiles will be destroyed, along with Iran’s missile production. The Iranian navy will be destroyed. And, as President Trump has said his entire life, Iran will never have a nuclear weapon.

The United States did not start this conflict, but we will finish it. If you kill or threaten Americans anywhere in the world — as Iran has — then we will hunt you down, and we will kill you.

Our warriors are the best in the world, and they are fully unleashed to achieve our objectives. May God’s providence protect them in this vital mission.

Pro-regime demonstrations in Tehran. That's a pretty small group.
> at best a crowd of a hundred
> half-hearted flag waving, everyone's stonefaced
> speaker raising his arm to demand a more energetic response from the crowd, doesn't get it
> cameraman looks nervously at the other cameraman

lmao, its not going well for the pro-regime spinners.

Iranian netizens reports that 4th Fighter Airbase, the Vahdati Air Base, of Khuzestan Province was hit. It hosted the 41st and 42nd Tactical Fighter Squadrons (TFS) operating F-5E/F Tiger IIs, acquired by Iran under the Pahlavi Dynasty before 1979, under the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF).

I'm fucking dying man tf did Dubai do to catch strays like this.
iran set up a dead man's switch. if they went down, the rest of their arsenal is just going out to punish everyone else indiscriminately for it.

this has already motivated saudi arabia to join the shooties, further reducing the chances US forces will ever touch down in iran for more than a shoot and scoot.

they have revealed to the world how it looks when a non-nuclear nation who strives to become nuclear loses before it can. they have a shitfit, hurt everyone around them while missing their enemies almost entirely (apparently da joos have gotten a few missiles in tel aviv and across the country) and pissing off anyone who was previously neutral.

Tangentially related the one kino thing I like about this is how plentiful the videos are. Any WW1/WW2 historian buff would kill for similar videos as the latest missile/drone strikes, and they overall makes for some very fun memberberries a few decades from now. Modern historians don't know how spoiled they are for primary reference material.

I agree California sucks, but I'm not too sure what that has to do with Dubai.

California is actually better in some ways because they can sometimes do good. The Dubai arabs can't. They just keep fucking up, Instead of building some sort of techno-Islam city with some crazy arab architecture they just copy whatever is western and slap gold leaf on it. They destroyed beautiful coral reefs to make retarded fake coastal islands and they will copy western style buildings instead of making mecha mosques to look cool.

Oh boy I can't wait for a bunch of metal faced pink hairs to tell me why an actual murderous tyrant dictator getting NERF'd is ahctually a bad thing.

And I am in even greater anticipation for the "muh joos" crowd to start crying over their precious mudslimes getting killed.
