Okay so can someone list out which tariffs are actually being struck down, because it doesn't sound like all of them.

This seems to be little more than a procedural error on specific tariffs implemented under IEEPA that could simply be reexamined and/or reimplemented later with different paperwork.

For all I know 90% of orange mans tariffs could be completely unaffected by this.

To be fair any time POTUS gets bad news both sides have to get out their narratives about how it’s absolutely over and also a total nothingburger. That’s just the game and it always has been.
People feel strongly about politics, there have been knee-jerk reactions before and there will be more knee-jerk reactions in the future.

The United States Trade Representative is a position one gets by being nominated by the President and then approved or rejected by the Senate so it makes sense he'd back Trump on anything.

This recent SCOTUS ruling as a whole is a setback for Trump (and by extension the power of the executive office) but it's not the end of the world. To the President's supporters, he has lost the ability to apply more leverage in trade negotiations and from the perspective of his critics he no longer has the power to "arbitrarily" implement tariffs depending on how he feels at any certain moment in time. There may or may not be refunds relating to tariffs effected by the ruling, remarks from the President and a TruthSocial post in the near future.
"Yeah we won't even be allowed to have our own factories and supply chains anymore but it's not the end of the world guys! Trump just has to do a couple refunds which will absolutely destroy the economy but it's fine!"

Do you fucking hear yourself?

Trump could also do what democrats did when the Supreme Court ruled against affirmative action and simply ignore them. They've faced no consequences for it so why not.
If you think he's going to do that I have a bridge to sell you. Trump has cucked on every Supreme Court decision and that won't change here.

it's mainly the ones from earlier in 2025, the freedom day ones or whatever.

Lmao like Congress can actually pass a fucking law to save their lives
They can sometimes. Trump passed one or two laws in his second term. Biden amended one and passed a few more.

I get what you mean, though.
Non-binding. That's just Kavanaugh's opinion on the matter, not a decision by SCOTUS

Kavanaugh’s dissent provides a roadmap for Trump to implement the same tariffs, just so long as he cites different laws and checks a few different boxes on the paperwork. So the court ruling really will just be a nothing burger.

This needs highlighted because it just shows how much everything is just going to work out for Trump long term

I'm sorry Fatpacks I should've heeded to your predictions that Trump was finished yesterday, Trump is finished today and Trump is finished tomorrow. I'll consider your sage statements more seriously in the future.
